Great video specially because there are not many youtubers in uk who feature any property of this scale. But i think this video could be better if it was a bit longer detailed walkthrough video showing all room and closets in details including garden outside without any cuts and slide like effects. Yes, a spectacular home and a nice video, but poorly edited. One example...at 3:48, our host says "that view is killer" and then... when expecting a shot of the view...cut to bathtub. Nope. Also...get rid of the one and two second shots. Give people time to focus and to VIEW the home! Don't get me wrong. I appreciate the tour and Beech Rise is a spectacular property. I just think a better quality production would do the property justice.

Lovely house but couldn't help but laugh at the “fully equip gym“ when these three machines 🤣

Excellent presentation Beautiful house No house is perfect and not all houses are homes but it’s what you make of it Ideal house for someone who appreciates the design, space and location and good value for money. Not ideal for critics who have nothing better to present in Surrey!

Those designers have excellent taste and talent man

There's a reason why this property has been on the market for six years without even a whiff of an offer - it is everything that clients at this end of the market don't want in a property. The house itself is bland and the interior design is hideous and looks like something out of the 1970s. Consero have an unparalleled reputation for building some of the most incredible homes in the South East but I struggle to understand what they were thinking when they designed Beech Rise. After almost six years on the market it is nice to see a more in-depth video giving a detailed tour and this video does show the property off in a better light - and with such a shortage of new homes at this end of the market it could yet find a buyer. However, Beech Rise has all the hallmarks of turning into another Caesers Cottage on Camp End Road - no interest after years on the market only to sell for half of its original guide price to be used as rental stock in someone's property portfolio, only to be put back on the market a few months later once the buyer realised they couldn't even capitalise on it as a rental property.

Is the interior decor going to be a big turn-off for buyers though? Given it is now under £9M then surely you could decorate it super high-end to your taste with £1M to play with. Fair enough if the floor-plan and layout is not suited as those are harder to fix. Also the garden in this house does not seem as big and nice as others in the same area which to be is the biggest negative. I saw the Caesers cottage one too and really liked the floorplan of that, though agreed the decor isn't great (but again could be easily fixed with the reduced price). Not sure it made sense as a rental property given the very small market of renters for this type of house!

I agree , the gardens were nice & the house looked ok from the outside but step inside & it’s a different story . the interior design is awful & the drawing room with its marshmallow furniture & weird wall art , gaudy chandelier was particularly vile . Also the bar & club room looked like a funeral parlour . A lot of the rooms looked long & narrow 2 . Not impressed .

Mmmm, and even more difficult to move these monstrosities now that the Russians and filthy laundered money are all being cracked down on. Most of the interior design and staging of these properties is so oppressive as well as managing to be bland at the same time, which is quite a feat. You're asked to pay top whack for very directional fixtures and fittings that you either love or hate- in which case you have to wince whilst ripping it all out and redoing it. Which to me, defeats the point of paying a high asking price for a new build. There's so many gorgeous ways to deliver a 'blank canvas'. These types of homes remind me of footballers homes crossed with upmarket Hungarian dental clinics or Medi-Spas in Dubai. Who the hell want to live in these anodyne, clinical wastelands?! Hideous. How do you decorate these yawning great caverns in a tasteful, elegant, intelligent way if bought and left as is? I'm glad you had the guts to say your piece here Wayne. The other mystery to me is Poxwell Manor in Dorset. It's been on the market almost continuously for over a decade. What the HELL could be wrong with it?!

I’ve always loved this house (I think it’s been on the market for years now) but two things: - the garden is too shallow - garaging isn’t sufficient One constructive feedback point - please don’t use a fishbowl lens for mansions. Otherwise this presentation was great even down to the details such as the funky font, and the gent presenting wasn’t some clone - he had personality.
