Damion, you asked If it gets any better. Well it does if you have a property with history and a pedigree. Thats not something you get with a new build and the perfectly manicured gardens? They cant be more than a few years old ( can tell you are no gardener ). Go take a look at the Littlebredy estate in Dorset. More expensive But 10x better than this !
