Honestly Stella FK is the most beautiful reel on the market BUT far to heavy for my rods. Thats why I fish Vanquish or Exist.

I bought a Shimano Dialuna BS S73M+ rod and I don't know if I should pair it with the Vanquish C3000XG or 4000XG or Stella C3000 XG FK. The rod weighs 115g: lure 8-36, 7.3”?

YGK Upgrade x8 in PE1 - best braid on the market imo

I threw exactly one wind knot on the Stella and after that I filled a tiny bit under the spool lip edge - zero issues since.

No - did you replace the rubber washer from the knob cap from one side to the other?

@@CookingandFishing hmm there wasn't a washer in the cap anyway 😅 All I did was swapping the handle from left to right. It runs smooth on the left side, but not as smooth on the right.

i see you chose the Daiwa Labrax or the Shimano Lunamis any reason why?

I'm a fan of Daiwa's AGS guides and tapers. I'm sure the Lunamis is a good rod, but the Labrax is excellent.

The opposite - best line lay/management of any spinning reel to date, even running straight 5-7lb fluoro and fishing slack line techniques like small jerkbaits - zero issues.
