Booked our balcony cabin on Thanksgiving Day, paid our deposit, and had a final payment due in May., Last week I got a casino offer from Carnival, called, and even though it took me an hour on the phone, they honored the offer; ended up with a free drink package, knocked $1100 off our cruise, got $500 in fun play, and $200 in OBC.....including the extras and the Cheers package, saved over $2000, now the cruise is paid off and they owed US $80! Always check your offers even if you have already booked! Woohoo!

I am a seasoned cruiser with Carnival but haven’t been on one since 2019 due to COVID, but honey I love y’all videos because you guys really dig deep for first time cruisers and seasoned cruisers. I like to watch your videos because it keeps me updated with the new without having to read all over the Carnival website about certain things. We've only been on one NCL cruise. We bought $250 in on-board credit and deposited 80 bucks cash per person per day at Guest services. We got money back. Worked out great! We're planning on Carnival Vista September 2024 for our 10th anniversary!!❤

My oldest son and his wife bought me and my husband our first cruise! A trip to the Mexican Riviera for my 65th! I’ve been binging videos ever since! I must say that I all the videos I’ve seen, yours is by far the best! So many important things that nobody else has bothered to mention. First cruise on May 12th. They sent me my room assignment and it was room 1263 on the Carnival Pride. Lowest level and the very last cabin next to the galley and the elevators in the bottom of the ship. I called and they were able to find me another room in a quieter part and a higher level and no extra charge. Carnival is very pleasant and accommodating to deal with as far as the customer service is concerned. We'll see how the actual cruise is. But if it's anything like the customer service that I've had, it'll be phenomenal.

Cruise less than 10 days away❤️ I’m bringing my 1000 credit card, 250-500 cash money, got the cheers, got pre paid gratitude and travel insurance. My room 1350$ interior so I paid 2000 roughly for everything solo

@@tajn239 just booked another cruise for May. Got it half price with 50$ credit. Drink package again but I’m on a balcony solo(so I’m paying equal to what I paid for the interior)

40 days from my cruise and Im going back through your catalog to make sure we are set! Also on the Drinks Package, I find the peace of mind knowing I don’t have to pay for drinks on the ship took a lot of stress off our shoulders.

The “ do as I say is so right” me and my girlfriend just came off our first cruise and luckily we left a day earlier for the drive from Va to Florida. While driving there my transmission went out. Luckily we still made it to the cruise but definitely wish we could’ve planned more!

Huge issue with all or most cruise lines is that if 1 is a drinker both still have to buy the package. In fact all adults in the cabin have to buy it. It can be EXTREMELY expensive.

Tip #4 The Drink Package. I get it every time! Yeah, Imma drink several vodka-cranberries at night. I also drink the specialty coffees, virgin slushy drinks when it's hot, maybe a glass of wine with dinner, maybe a beer on the pool deck. I get bottled waters a couple times a day. I don't usually drink sodas (but they're included). And you can get real juice! Not the fruit-flavored kool aid at the buffet! I always intend to get a milkshake, but I never do.

Thank you both for all the great videos. I have watched a lot of them. I always said I am never doing a cruise because of the unknown but you both are so informative.

1 more very important tip. If you have mobility issues and use a scooter or wheelchair you may not be able to tender to a port. Check before you book how many ports are going to be tendered. Same with excursions...can you be transferred to the beach, the bus, the pools? Carnival has a special needs department to help.

Love the tips! Mardi Gras was so much fun! Going on Freedom in Nov next year an the Italian one in July!

I’m a social drinker in the sense that I’ll drink if I’m out but I don’t necessarily have to. However, when I’m on vacation I’m Social Sally and gets my drink on 😂😂 my last cruise I hit 13 drinks each day 🤦🏾‍♀️ but I stayed classy though.

We winter in California so getting to our embarkation port is just a drive away. Eve this caused an arrival problem. There was a major accident on the interstate and we were tied up for hours stopped in traffic. Fortunately, Hubby always wants to leave for things very early and we made it to the port minutes before the ship left the port. Since then, we drive to a hotel closest to the port and relax the night before and and get up in the morning and walk over to the ship. The whole process is so calm and no frantic chaos as we have endured in the past.

I’m so thankful for all your videos!!!

I had no idea about the land casino connect to the cruise. Thanks for the info 🙏🏾🙌🏾💪🏾

Love your videos! Went on my 1st cruise in December and it was amazing!! Already scheduled the next one. Y'all explained everything so well. I was really glad that I didn't purchase the cheers package. I did not need it. I still had a drinks every day but only one or two because I don't drink much. Other than that I drank the tea or lemonade or the bottled water I bought for my room. Also, we did fly in early and hung out the night before at Bayside in Miami and had a 6 minute ride to the port in the morning. It was awesome. There were so many people with stories about trying to make it in time because flights were delayed. Also, dining rooms we absolutely freezing so take a sweater or something to cover up with.

@Sonja V we stayed at Intercontinental Miami. It's right by Bayside Marketplace so qe hung out there the night before. We took a Taxi to the port. We were 6 minutes from port.

I absolutely love y'alls energy & am thankful y'all put these videos out. I don't cruise until April but it's my first time with my 15yr old. I'm definitely going to get her a wifi package. I don't need it because all I'll do is take pics. Being recently divorced I have no one I care to keep in touch with because my daughter is all the family I have left. I do my research prior to any trip, especially one I have not ever done before. Somedays I have to just close my Mac because of info overload. I don't have a travel agent & I'm hoping I don't regret that🤞🏼 ☑liked ☑subscribed!!
