    Thanks for viewing! Led definitely hit harder on that motor. If you look closely at the 2nd graph same motor when we got the shearers dialed in on the main, the peak power went up some and was only like 5 peak hp less but the led still hit harder up the whole curve

    Dude that thing gotta be an animal!!! Make my 521 look like a stock banshee haha. Id love to build a big motor someday. But yeah depending on the crank, I'm guessing almost 2500 for the crank, 2k for cases. Almost a g for trans if it was bought new. Idk how much 20dm top end is but I would guess at least 2k?? U don't gotta say lol but my guess is like 5k for the motor. That would be a good deal for sure. I hope u keep showing builds like this. I rewatch these every so often so I can check them out and get ideas for my bike. Thanks man!!! I'm in Maine. Wish I could go to the h.q. ride!!!

    @@ctadrenaline nice!!! Good riding up here and there's actually a decent size banshee community here too. We have drags, and a banshee shop where the guy builds banshee motors. Drag motors. Machine shop etc. So its cool here. I restore and flip only banshees as a side hustle so info I can get on bigger motors is huge. Helps me determine if and when to do one and which setups make power, which parts work well together. Your dyno sheets are huge b.c. drag guys never give out their charts around here. They want to keep u in the dark and say let's race lol. Hope u make more vids like this, or even more on your bikes. Id buy those metal full bores in a heartbeat lol. I seen quite a few in-frame set-ups make big power and wow I never knew LED’s made that much of a difference. The drag world we are always at top RPM with our over-rides. Regardless with that much difference I would just have to adjust ride style and short shift the bike and go with LED if the comparison was simply a pipe change and power-jet adjustment. OR.. Did u have to just change the pilot or both and have to drill another main??

  • @ctadrenaline

    @ctadrenaline

    2 жыл бұрын

    In frames are the new oof 😁 seems like the bigger the motor the better the gains will be. Of course any pipe built to spec of the motor should make more power. The bike isn’t even on alky either it’s on 110. There is a ton left on the table power wise for this bike. The pipe change I did have to go up on the jets vs when a shearer pipe was on it. Happy holidays bud and thanks for the support 👍🏻👍🏻

    Very reliable just do a leak down test and jet a little bit fat it should last a very long time. Also use a oversized eBay radiator, run a big impeller and use engine ice coolant. Of course if you use cheap parts like the crank ect you may experience different results regardless of the motor size. Do it right the first time with good new quality parts

  • @ctadrenaline

    @ctadrenaline

    2 жыл бұрын

    Thanks for viewing! We appreciate the support. This might be a lengthy reply but I’ll try to keep it short. People run titanium to reduce weight. Usually used in drag bikes for racing. Dune and trail riding is usually more stressful on the bike especially if the dunes are rutted up and there is not enough wind to smooth it out. Can you run ti accessories? Of course. Have I seen a ti a-arm break at the dunes on a drag bike? Yup! Sure have! If you literally have no budget you can go all out if that’s what you want to do. Definitely invest in some of the best suspension out there and pick a motor based on the application/skill you want to run and the characteristics

    Your build will definitely be approved by Congress. Ok maybe not. Congress isn't on our side. But it is approved by the high council, which is me. ;) We are one in the same on this one. Like you I prefer the extra torque and horsepower throughout the range of the rpm curve instead of having a high peak number that is only seen in the narrow top of the curve. With that said, LED pipes and stinger mufflers. This will conceal the beauty of the pipes and is probably looked down upon for that reason, but if you're not bothered by that.... Heat insulating ceramic coatings and exhaust insulating wrap on the pipes. Even low horsepower low revving diesel engines love to keep heat inside the exhaust.
