120 HP might be a bit much for a RZ-350 chassis. But swapping it into an FZR-400 might be the ticket.

What's the biggest you've seen for a kit on pump gas pushed to the limits? Displacement....banshee...to keep it as a trail Quad, but kind of a sleeper.

Nice!!! I'm doing an identical build except port work. Same intake. Trans. Different lockout but basically the same. 39mm pwk non air striker quad vent I think their called. Dude said cylinders are drag ported by k&t racing but they look nothing like yours. I think their just mild mild cleanup port. Will port work affect where I should start on jetting? At 200ft where I'll be tuning, and riding no higher then 800 ft for a while.

Porting and altitude does affect jet sizes.

No adjustable timing plate or intake crossover?

No need for the crossover tube but it does have an adjustable timing plate on it. Timing adjustment is always critical for fine tuning.

How much will something like that be with labor done ✅

It all depends on options and what it needs. It isn't cheap. When serious toss me an email or text.

Only when requested by the customer. I do cut them, but the life goes way down.
