Despite an ongoing shift to electric power and the presence of the Taycan zero-emission vehicle in its line-up, Porsche still feels there's a place for the Panamera executive car - so here's the third generation of the model. With a line-up heavily skewed towards plug-in hybrids under the German manufacturer's 'E-Hybrid' banner, can a pure-petrol model like the Panamera 4 still make sense in this ecological day and age?

Thanks for the great review! I prefer the gasoline models as Hybrids are heavier and less "purist." I think the sweet spot once again will be the GTS (I heard they will announce in the coming summer) but my concern is lack of the Active Ride system. I assume that performance wise a GTS and 4eHybrid would be comparable (even though v8 will be much more of an engine), while the 4eHybrid will offer the Active Ride. Turbo eHybrid will solve all the problems (v8 with Active Ride) but I think that it's too overpriced for a Panamera. What would you recommend between GTS and 4eHybrid? (4S eHybrid won't be available in my country). Thank you!

Excellent review video. I just called Porsche, they said the turbo will be coming out towards the summer. I will wait for the turbo!

Hybrid is 300kg heavier. Useless.
It is the end of the Panamera! This is the last refresh my guy! You won’t see a new one past 2029 and I’m being nice!
