The redesigned 2022 Hyundai Tucson appears to offer more than its predecessor, so it's no surprise that pricing is up for the new model. It starts at $26,135, a $1250 increase from last year's Tucson, and prices range up to above $38,000 for a loaded version of the new hybrid variant. A plug-in-hybrid version of the Tucson is also on its way, but Hyundai has not yet released pricing.
All nonhybrid versions of the 2022 Tucson come with a 2.5-liter inline-four with 187 horsepower and an eight-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive is a $1400 option for all trims. In addition to the base SE ($26,135), options include include the SEL (starting at $27,685), N Line (starting at $31,785), and Limited (starting at $35,885). Unlike the Sonata and Elantra N Line models, the Tucson N Line does not have any performance upgrades and instead amounts to an appearance package.
The Tucson hybrid comes standard with all-wheel drive and a gas-electric drivetrain that uses turbocharged 1.6-liter inline-four gasoline engine and a six-speed automatic transmission. It's more expensive than the nonhybrid, starting at $30,235 for the base Blue model. It also offers better-equipped SEL ($32,835) and Limited ($38,535) models. EPA fuel-economy estimates are not yet available, but we expect a combined rating of around 36 mpg.
Hyundai already began production of the 2022 Tucson in Alabama, which means that units should start arriving at dealerships soon. Reservations are now open on the Hyundai website.

The best SUV ever economic and comfortable
Perfect blend of design and technology in one package. I usually don't like cars and budget segment SUVs but this one is tempting.

Bought the 2022 SEL Premium two weeks ago. I had a 2016 Rogue. So far it’s been a nice upgrade. I really like the wireless Apple CarPlay.

just bough the 2022 tucson and WOW, what an amazing quality suv. Absolutely blow away by the ride quality, comfort and quality of materials. Interior looks so good and the best bang for your money. Hyundai good job.

Me too!! In June, I retired my 2008 Mazda3 and bought this car; I absolutely love it!! It’s missing this panoramic sunroof; maybe it’s not in US versions, which is too bad because that would’ve been icing on the cake. And either my version doesn’t have the ability to drive forward by itself or I haven’t figured that out yet….
Getting this next month in ultimate model. Can't wait !

2022 Hyundai KONA. When is that coming out in the USA?
Guys i have a question.. my tucson 2019 when engine is started, i must just very gently press the acceleration petal for some meters and then accelerate! If i try to drive immediately, it starts to push like trying to find the speed and to doesnt fully engage to the D1 etc for some seconds. My CLatch disks are brand new. Is it normal?

I recently purchased a 2023 Tucson Hybrid on 12/3/22. I loved the car when I test drove it and watched hours of reviews from KZread. One thing that every single review failed to mention, is the issue Hyundai has with their panoramic sunroofs, as well as the small piece of glass inbetween the sunroof and the front windshield. There have been class action lawsuits filed against Hyundai because apparently these pieces of glass like to spontaneously burst. This happened to my 2023 Tucson after just ONE WEEK of driving. Walked out to my car ready to head to work, and noticed this giant crack in the glass, expanding from one end all the way to the other end. Car is back at the dealership right now, allegedly getting fixed at no cost to me. But some of the personal stories I've read online make me hesitant to believe that Hyundai is actually going to cover it. I'll come back with more details once I get an update. But just wanted other buyers to be aware of this common issue. I am not very pleased.

Is the same model launched in India? If yes, when? Because left hand drive promotional videos are very attractive but when launch facelift models in India are sub standards, and very much upsetting many times. And yes, one more question - what's the upgraded price could be?

Superbe ! J'ai visionné toutes les vidéos, francophones et autres. C'est exactement ce qu'il me faut (en 227 CV), en tant que passionné de golf, ayant envie d'un hybride simple, mais innovant. Je suis prêt à l'acheter. MAIS, pourquoi ces clignotants ridiculement bas et peu lumineux (cela semble pire sur la N-Line) ? Comment ont-ils pu être homologués (en France et UE) ? Et quelle faute de goût ! Pourquoi ne pas avoir profité de la barre lumineuse entre les feux arrières, jolie mais inutile, pour y mettre des clignotants à défilement ? Pareil à l'avant ! Pourquoi ne pas avoir fait basculer les 2 feux de jour du haut, en mode clignotant alternants (le gros, puis le petit, et ainsi de suite). C'est un peu bête, mais à cause de ces clignotants absurdes, je suis... bloqué ! Faites passer le message au staff de Hyundai, SVP.
