The easiest and safest way to get the clear housing off the license plate light after you take off the black trim; I used a small hooked pick from a kit I got at harbor freight. Get under the clear plastic and over the foam gasket and slowly twist and it will separate pretty easy from the actual black housing of the light holder.

Be careful to anyone doing the license plate lights. I just did it and broke the housing. Go from the bottom and pull up gently.

It would be really neat if we could get a better look at the light bulb or possibly the brand and model.

I would really like a link to the tool you use to pull the license plate white light lenses off

The black one was part of a pry tool set on Amazon. Looks like they aren’t on but there a similar options available.

I am sure that most of them are T10 right? But what about the dome bulb size?

There must be some way to replace the yellow map lights, isnt it? Can you help? I changed all the other lights from yellow light to 6000K cool white. Only map light is pending. Some lights being cool white and some being yellow looks really odd!

I tried and you can get the cover off but the lights are integrated into a larger mother board so you would need to be able to solder the replacement.

Are those lights at the end the main map center lights? I didn’t want to pull those out as our new led light kit we ordered did not come with them and those were the main area center lights we wanted to upgrade… nice video sir….👍👍👍

Yes the last ones at the end are part of the map lights in the front in the module with the door openers. You can’t really replace those.
