. .This is a great video showing more information than many others that I watched. Remove the window from the door? No other video showed this detail. It seems like it makes easy to remove and install the new mechanism.

Philips ph2 screwdriver, 10 mm wrench for the window bolts and 10mm socket for the regulator

Also what was the point of shaking the window regulator so much?

The regulator is stuck with the window, thats why I'm shaking it a lot to release it

Is it also the same way for removing the driver rear window regulator?

Like harder, med or easier, got to changed my 2014 forester both rears

@@danoise_007 easy, have to remove the window channel (metal black piece, (2) 10mm bolt). Remove the glass and then the regulator.
