I have a FRPP axle back with a stock resonator on a 2017 GT. Would the Borla resonator offer better flow and power over the stock resonator? Thanks

I have long tube stainless headers, stock Rez and Roush cat backs, no track, quite mode, just straight Roush, I had an X-pipe and was sounding like a NASCAR, so had to put the stock Rez back on, I want a bit more out of it and with a supercharger I feel the stock Rez is holding it back, will this help with that happy medium or not really?

This resonator is specific to Borla Systems as it’s a 3” out for their Borla Cat-Backs. I would look and see if you can find a resonated mid-pipe that gives you the weight savings over the stock “suitcase” but still cuts down on volume. Nothing will cut down on volume as much as that stock resonator you have in there, though. -Chris

Compared to a race setup, yes this roadgoing setup would be more restrictive most likely -Sam
