3rd gen tacoma mirrors are the same all around from my understanding. You'll have rk finagel it a bit and the screws are softer than wet cheese but you should be good.
Which after market light did you install....?

I missed the link above....Bought a set today. Your is the best I have seen that shows how to take the mirror caps off and than you for showing an up close view of the clips.
