I followed this video yesterday installing new blinkers. I was very delicate with taking the plastic covers off. It took me probably twice as long, because I was being cautious.

It does feel quite aggressive taking them off, we've experienced that as well. Glad you got them on!

I just finished installing mines, I choose the amber ones, they look great , big difference , no problems at all installing them + they provide the tools !!!

What if your truck doesn’t have any OEM on them and you want to install some?

Mine didn't come with tools, I don't think it matters seeing as all you need is a philips. but a bit of a hmm moment. Got them installed in about 10 minutes after watching this video once, super easy. Pulling the first cover off was a little unsettling at first, but no issues.

I’ve got a few other mods I’m planning and waiting for the parts for but this will be the next one! Just bought a new 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road yesterday!

I installed a set of these on my 2020 SPORT, I love the way the sequential lights match the sequential turn signals on my headlights. Super easy to install and no more chrome, thank you! ✌🏽

@@aeromedical6750Haha, I don't hate it, I love chrome, but only on my classic car. My truck is mostly all black and white. (No hate crimes we're committed during my smoked, sequential light upgrade) 😁✌🏼

Thanks. I did this before but it was long time ago. Mine was broken because of accident but now that my RAV is fixed, time to reinstall a new one that's why i visited this better installation video.

Just got mine today finally. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected but at least I finally got them.

When I popped the driver side off it slipped out of my hand, fell on the concrete and scratched the bottom of it. 😭😢 Thanks for the video though! Love the lights to!

I currently have an sr5, with no turn signal mirrors. Can I just install mirrors with turn signals without having to change any fuses? Or reroute electrical?

Thats a great question, from what we understand sadly the answer is no, it would need to be wired and if theres no existing wiring for it then it would be a lot of work.

Once installed my right side turn signal won’t work. I switched the connector around and still nothing? Any ideas how to fix the issue? Low powered fuse? Hyper flash fault? Any help would be awesome.

You ever figure this out? I got these and neither one works.

Seems the drivers side doesn’t blink like the passenger seems passengers side flash’s correct but drivers side seems to follow to fast and acts more like a i instead a chase

I ordered these turn signals and can’t seem to get an answer on when they’re going to be shipped. I’m still waiting but probably won’t order from them again. They have a lot of mods for the Tacoma but their shipping sucks

What year is the Taco? I just ordered mine from you guys and I have a 2022 4X4 and mine does not have wires or a harness coming out of the turn signal. Oh and I also did not get the tools that it "supposedly" comes with

So, you provide the pry tool, but don't use the pry tool. Why not show how it is actually recommended to remove the caps vs. just grabbing and going?

Just received my kit and installed it with no issues. Thank you for the instructional video! The Phillips screwdriver that comes with the kit is useless as it is too small and you will strip the head or struggle. But everybody has the correct Phillips in their toolbox anyway so no big deal. Some comments here about the light not working once they have hooked it up which I experienced my first time but I got the electrical connection the opposite way and just simply reversed it to correct it. Another comment about the identical kit is available on Amazon for less money, but did they produce an instructional video for you to install it? Do they have customer service that you can reach out to for any assistance? Do they stand behind their product the way Tacoma lifestyle does? Anyway I’m very pleased with my purchase and happy with the look and installation

My 2019 Tacoma didn’t come with the OEM sequential turn signals... Will they fit ?

Does these work on the 2023 SR base model?

Can add that to a 3rd gen sr5 tacoma

I bought mine off of Amazon for $46 they are the exact same with the exact same tools too. I’m not saying to not support them, but if you want them cheaper, go to Amazon.

I just got these from your website and it didn't come with the tools. Just fyi, no biggie. But shipping was prompt!

I snapped the middle clip, would not come off at all. Maybe its a 2023 Tacoma thing. Double sided Velcro was my only choice after that.

There is a difference but its negligible, the main difference is just aesthetic.

@@tacomalifestyle Thanks, I saw your other video showing all three after. I am currently waiting on an Electric Lime 2022 TRD Pro to be built. I will most likely go with the smoked. In the other video the LED on the black lens seemed like it did not shine through as much but that just may be because it was light inside the shop it was shown.

Mine didn’t come with the light connections !! Wtf

Would these fit on a 2021 SR5? I currently don’t have side mirrior turn signals…

I broke the center clip which is essential. Used velcro strip anchors to fix that.

It will not, if you found a way to wire them in you could but that would be fairly difficult if you aren't super adept at electrical work.

Honestly it is just personal preference, we have done it both ways and I wouldn't say its anymore difficult without the yellow tool but if you got it utilize it.

are these the smoke lens or the black lens? he says "completely blacked out" but it's not. these look like the smoke lense signals on the website...

Yes, these are the Smoked Lens, and since making this video we've introduced a Black Lens and Amber Lens version.

When the turn signal isn't on they turn off just like the factory turn signals.

Id be happy with the OEM. Way better than nothing. It's an aid guide type thing. It isn't DOT mandatory

Unfortunately no. Your Tacoma needs to have the factory turn signals.

Calling the OEM ones "ugly" is a matter of opinion and its not going to make anyone buy the product any more than they already do. Totally immature and unnecessary.
