Hello and welcome to Saabkyle04! KZread's largest collection of automotive variety! In today's video, we get an up close and personal, in depth look at the all new Mitsubishi Outlander.
MSRP pricing for the Outlander, before options, begins at:
ES: $23,195
SE: $24,195
SE S-AWC: $26,195
GT: $28,195
SE S-AWC as shown here, with optional premium package: $29,645
During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features. Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANNEL SEE BELOW: In this channel you will find in depth educational videos of automobiles from all over the world, presented in a more detailed fashion than ever before. Basically, this gives the viewer the chance to view the most detailed 1st person look you can get without going to an actual dealer yourself! Every video is consistent in the way I present so viewers know what to expect in my presentations. I treat every vehicle with the same respect whether a 1960 Chevrolet Impala SS or the 2012 Lamborghini Aventador. I film all types of vehicles from past, present, and future while broadening the knowledge of the automotive enthusiast. You will see everything from vintage, brand new, exotic, mainstream, old, etc. I am very proud of this channel and have built it up from amateur videos years ago to what you see today. I sell Mitsubishis new. This is an extremely affordable 7 passenger SUV with a 10yr/100k warranty and an advanced awd system. These are great, super reliable family haulers.

It's a good CUV... The only problem with Mitsubishi is the short dealers network, but Mitsubishi makes good and reliable cars. Does that said that their cars are unreliable, never has or bought one. Mitsu have a lot of haters here in the US. Nice review!

When your key fob runs out of battery, you put your key fob in the key slot. The slot will still detect the key fob so that you can still drive.

An extremely thorough review. We almost bought the Outlander but settled on a Mazda CX9 to satisfy my wifes desire for more luxury. I wish I would have gotten the Outlander as the Mazda is a gas guzzler, albeit a very nice vehicle overall. I think our situation characterizes the Mitsu's niche. People needing to save some money or wanting a more utilitarian vehicle will be well served by the Outlander. Those wanting a more premium experience will look elsewhere.

I just finished sound deadening my 2015 outlander. I was surprised by the lack of sound insulation. none present in the doors (just listen to that Suzuki Alto type tinny clank sound) and only a small patch of sound deadener and a few patches of insulation in the rear quarter. The floor and wheel arches are sprayed on with some kind of deadener (front has insulation sacks on them), under the carpet of the front and middle seats are some styrofoam blocks and above the headliner two sheets of insulation. Applying sound deadener and insulution foam has drastically imroved sound comfort and also the sound of the standard 145w stereo. It took me 2 days to install, but absolutely worth it. Takes it from budget family suv to bang for buck premium suv. Driving the 2.0 gasoline with cvt. avariging 8.7 l/100km.

Okay, can several people clarify. How reliable are Mitsubishi vehicles now? I've seen too many conflicting opinions on Reddit and would like to know what the KZread audience thinks. Honestly, the Outlanders from 2007 onward don't seem bad but because of bad marketing I guess Mitsubishi lost some of its foothold in the US market and is trying to regain it.
