DJPippeLondono did you use the complete short shots kit, or just the sleves. and did you dyno tune it at a dealership or with a home tuner. seriously thats a nice sound. HD goals!

Thanks yes I have had it for about 3 weeks now and really like it. it's the biggest bike I've had (I had a Harley 48 before) so I think it will take some getting used to, also I am quite tall so the mid controls are slightly small for me so I have ordered some highway pegs

i have a 2009 nighster with Vance Hines I love the sound the Street Bob is in the near future blacked out with Vance Hines can't beat them

I have a 14 streetbob with V&H slip on's with black heat shields. been looking to chang to full system great video im pretty sure you guys just sold me on the short shots!!! ride safe

Nice ride brother...great sound. I have a Heritage Springer with stock true duals which is a different sound but i got use to it.

Like the look and sound! After a year of running my bike with V&H Straight Shots I had to get the quiet baffles. Picking up my Street Bob later this week and will be slowly make some modes over the winter. Thanks for the ideas and suggestions.

You are right, most are wannabes, not real bikers, cause we have also been on the side of the road and a fellow biker always helps out. I have done it for others, too. I live in Texas, still a wild frontier in many lonely stretches of open road, so, a helpful friend is always appreciated. You get what you give.

DJPippeLondono, when I went to look for my first Harley a couple years ago I was looking at Street Bob but then I came across an 09 Crossbones and I couldn't pass it up so I went with that instead. The Street Bob is still an awesome bike and would consider getting one if I got a second Harley. Take care, safe riding!

Just got myself a 2014 Street BoB and I love it! But those LED turn lights and the front become white are awesome! I gotta get me some (as well as the front headlight “daymaker”).. any tips on where you got them? And are they easy to install?

Did you just drill a hole in the fender to feed the wires through for the taillight? And did you also have to change the flasher relay?

dude those pipes have that thing sounding SUPER deep, took out a lot of that high pitched "clap" sound you get, I kinda like that too tho. Aweosme man, a cop would give ya a nose ticket for that around here in no time... I have just some screamin eagle slip ons, they upped the sound a fair bit but thats naaasty. I'de love to know what RPM it idles at since you got that drop in gauge. Sounds like its around 1200 revs

Love everything you did to that bike!! New rider and looking forward to my first full riding season, I went with the 2017 street bob. Last of the dyna i hear. Would love a link of every part if that's not asking to much. Otherwise I'll watch a few more times to get those part names. Question for you, I put an engine guard on mine, could i do forward controls with that?? Looks close to where my guard is. Thanks for the great video!! The more black the better! 100% agree with your son.

I bought 2016 street bob and have the VH short shots. Do you think the air cleaner has any bearing on the sound or just the speed? I have heard mixed reviews.

So many add ons. Looks great.

Other than the air cleaner that’s pretty much the look I’m going for on my 2016 especially with those short shots

Are these straight through without baffles? If they have baffles, are they just the insulated walls style to quiet a little, but still a hollow tube, or actual restrictive baffles? Removable silencers? Im looking for really loud!
