2013 Nissan Pathfinder Review and Road Test
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

This is such a great review. He made note of every point I was looking for in a review. I have driven many different models of the previous version of the Pathfinder, and I look forward to driving this one.
Very thorough review. This is how a review should be. Thanks man and keep them coming.
Excelent review. Very informative. Very knowledgeable vs other reviews on the net. Good job!
Excellent review
nice review man.. i think your the first person to fully review the new pathfinder.. please make a video also for the new ford explorer..
Thank you.. This was extremely informative.. I really appreciate the usage of the Media System. Only thing I would like would be a preview of the dash LCD display.. Overall really good.. Thank you! keep it up! Def helping me on my car search!
Yes, we used all the various modes, 2WD, Auto and 4WD Lock.
nice seat comparison!. thanks man...
I just bought my platinum 2013 Pathfinder and love it! It does have touchscreen monitor! This car feels luxurious! Thanks for all your car reviews in helping me to decide which vehicle to choose.

@@rikkijade_xo It gets 19-20 mpg and it responds fast. The transmission is smooth and fast no shifting.
Thanks ....good review
nice review.
nice review
It is a very comprehensive review! Thanks so much.
Got a good deal from a close friend who is also a dealer as well for my dad. Amazing car he loves it. Still gettint used to it as he is not tech savy. Im teachinf him
i have a 2012 and I love the truck
Did you use the dial to climb the hills? (2WD Auto Lock)
Love the flex
I'd be very curious to know what dealer you bought your Pathfinder from, in what state, what city, and what the VIN # of yours is. Because your Pathfinder experience seems very unique; I'd really like to see the documentation path, between you and the dealer. I bought a SL 4WD in February, have 3K miles on it, and everything is PERFECT. Hose didn't fall off, overdrive works perfectly, lights are bright and shiny, no paint rubbing anywhere. I am a very happy customer of Nissan's.
It's the end of a great history of Pathfinders... too sad...

Ikr. I miss the rugged old ones
much better then 4 runner.
As well as its older cousin, the Infiniti QX56 which exceeds expectations in its class in comparison.
Is class-leading MPG worth not being able to do anything better than its competitors?
The original concept of the Pathfinder was sent out to pasture when the Xterra was released. This is just a bigger version of the Murano, which is a bigger version of the Rogue. All of them being CVT based vehicles.
What are you talking about? It does do better than its competitors having an AWD option with a locking differential, better ground clearance, metal chain in the tyranny to tow up to 5,000 lbs., and much more all for a reasonable price. In its class, it exceeds in pretty much every criteria in comparison to its competition.
my dad has this car and it is a really good car...
It's truly a great car! I love it.
We bought the new 2013 Nissan Pathfinder (SL version 45K) in January/13. By now, the SUV broke down 4 times: transmission hose fell off (the car had to be towed), overdrive did not work from the beginning, front lights burnt out, trunk door rubbed paint off the car due to bad alignment. All of these are manufacturing defects. We highly recommend this vehicle if you like to drive dirty service cars or unsuccessfully deal with Nissan Customer Service.
nice care
Nice car! I have a review on it.
What's wrong with CVTs? All snowmobiles use CVT transmissions and they are hella fun.
u drove this car?
I think reviewers should be more consistent by having a more solid routine to show the car. In one review they show the 2nd row seats and its leg room and next one they totally miss it. Also they should do their homework by visiting the car maker website to see the features the car maker is pointing out to discuss later on reviews. Pathfinder seems to have a possibility to move the 2nd row seats all the way back to make the leg room even larger. At least this is what Nissan website shows.
Nissan doesn't change drastically to customers needs which they're true to their heritage unlike Honda and Toyota. This is what makes Nissan special in the Japanese segment. If you want an over priced econo box, thats what Honda's fleet is for. The pathfinder gets leading mpg in its class anyways.
i just testes 2013 platnium model.. what a beauty.. i also checked escape ladt week. sorry but no. maybe explorer...
Small rotary knob?? Doesn't seem that user friendly.
Because its competition has gone soft. The Pathfinder name used to mean something. Now it's just an Altima station wagon.

An Altima lol
Don't buy the Nissan Pathfinder choose the 2013 Ford Escape Titanium what a beauty and it drives beautifully with 2.0 eco boost engine!! Love it love it love it! This pathfinder and the Honda CRV look so boring!! Rav 4 my husband & I drove is a piece of junk compared to the Ford! Love my Ford Touch also!
No the Pathfinder gets better mpg than its outgoing model and its leading mpg in its class.
is no a truck any more is a car with a big body
The 3rd row seat for bad children or your mother-in-law -ha!
It's still a heavy gas guzzler. The only difference is that it's a car-based one that has neither stellar towing capacity OR off-road usability. It should've been named something else, if anything.
they better through out the old , If it has half the problems my '05 has youre screwed
At least install all terrains instead of street tires
6.9 seconds? Sheesh
Too bad the Pathfinder doesn't compete with the Escape, the CR-V, or the Rav4; you would have had a valid point otherwise...
evan fulton fucked it all up
You can't compare Pathfinder and Escape. maybe compare Rogue and Escape.
Hahahahha mother in law lol
I guess you expect Uncle Sam to bail out Nissan for making trucks that don't sell? Any successful company needs to cater to the changing needs of its customers. People started realizing that they didnt needs heavy, gas guzzlers, with lousy road manners to haul their spawn to and from the mall. Like I said, they still have the xterra for those who want offroad capability.
I like the old pathfinder better this is nice but wayyyy to girly I need a man not a pussy! Thanks PS I love the old cars then the new ones
yea but Ford wont go 30,000 miles without a new transmission. Nissan is much more reliable anything Japanese vehicles is much more reliable than American vehicles.
Since Renault, Nissan reliability has declined. Reliability, durability, and longevity is no longer available in their cars. The 05 pathfinder started out with a full red circle ( highest ranking) in Consumer Reports, and in a few short years plummeted to a full black circle( lowest ranking). Mixing Renauult parts, and philosophy into Nissans is a BAD move. When I see Nissans now, I see a Renault, and their awful reliability record.
I dont see that being a real successful model. They will try it for 3 or 4 years and then things will go back
I hate the cvt....

I bought a 2013 Pathfinder about 8 months ago. It is the worst vehicle ever!!! There have been two recalls and more to come. The vehicle shudders (had to have a new transmission put in), abs brakes are defective, he passenger airbag is defective and the roof racks are constantly coming off... If you are looking for a reliable, long lasting safe vehicle Do not buy a Pathfinder !!!!!

Far too feminine now, apart from the extra pointless third row, there's no reason to get this over a Murano

What Nissan has done for 2013 is copy the Lexus RX, hahahaha.

Yes... It was better to go to the mall .. but for off road and other things work related the old one ruled this Nissan (Hyundai Santa Fe look like) .. I have nothing against the car, but it is not capturing the spirit of the old one .. this one it's just a comfy big city car
Um, no.

Nissan has now officially ruined the Pathfinder!
same engine as the 2005 x terra pathetic'''
very bad & agly
Competition has gone soft? Lmao Is that why they're leading in sales in its class for 2013, and is more capable than its competitors offroad with still leading mpg ?No, your opinion is invalid. In this day in age, it has adapted to societies standards among many other suv's switching to a unibody. Besides if you wanted it for offroad, you should buy the xterra which still does a better job in its class for the price.
bad car..bumpy..loose too much of its value.
