Replace the primary clutch the center shaft is worn out on the outer edge you can see the putting when they went faster

My 2021 Polaris 570 eps is doing the same thing I’ve just ordered a new clutch hope this fixes my issue

I juat got mine replaced doing same noisy ended up being primary and secondary with a upgrade dune kit to the clutch new bearing about 2200 dollars

Eso sucede porque tiene juego el clutch primario, eso es común por el desgaste. Lo mejor es llevar el clutch o la moto a un mecanico para que cambie las piezas necesarias o que puedan conseguir otro.

its a cvt onnce the variator gets to speed itll move the clutch so your atv dosent move with the idle

Only rattle when lower is in motion. Might be the lower shaft

It was the rollers on the clutch. My brother has a Polaris ranger and had the same problem. Fixed the issue on both of them

@@redrider4418yea. Theres components that’s are old in there. Replace them and it’s good. There’s weights. Sliders what ever u wanna call em. They wear out. Replace them every decade 😂
