If you take the fuel rails off first and get it all out of your way it might make it easier.

Nice work my guy but if your abke I would delete that truck I have a o8 and deleted it some time ago has 250k and still runs like a new one.Oh yeah 24 mpg on the interstate also

Wow, what a pain in the ass. I thought a sprinter was a pain. Any ideas of how to figure out which injector is bad without a great scanner?

You could disconnect the supply line so the fuel is spraying out a little bit, do it for all of them. If the injectors are working the it will be obvious because the motor idle will get rough. Whichever one you loosen and don’t get any change in idle if the bad jnjector

The injectors don’t need be programed??

They do, those injectors will not be functioning properly, you are supposed to code them with the code that was on the tag.

on 2016 ram do you have to reprogram the injectors ?

No there shouldn’t be any reprogramming needed but you need to make sure the wires that are screwed into the injectors are connected the same way it was removed

Yes he should have coded them with the appropriate code on the tags they came with but it's not as serious as people make it out to be, it's just the optimized code for that injector so they are just running on the previous codes

The 07.5 and 08 6.7 cummins is the same. Should say 07.5 - 18 6.7 Cummins

Yeah should be .010 for the intake and .026 for the exhaust

Too bad you didn't clean off that valve cover before you installed it. Some of that dirt fell into the motor.............

What about setting the valve-lash??? Surely u ch3cked it!?!?!
