Might be a long shot but yo carnal I juss bought a mustang and all actuators are disconnected and I don't which is which any help ?

The cables from the upper one doesn't reach the bottom one. What I don't know is if both connections on both actuators are the same.

Which control the temperature. I was told the temperature blend door actuator but when I change my climate to heat it stays cold

That would be the upper actuator. That was the one i replaced.

Hey man when you are putting the actuator in what mode do you have it set to off or defrost?

Align it like the video here. If it's not Align to the mark, connect it to the harness then turn the AC on till it turns to the mark. Once it's lined up turn off the vehicle. Then install it. Hope it helps.

Yes. Do the same as in the video. Unless it's right on the mark already.

Whenever I turn the car on it starts to move out of the position without me even touching the controls

You only turn the key to set it to position. When it's on the mark turn it off and install it. Don't leave the car on. Only to put it in position. Then turn it of when it reaches the mark. Subscribe. Any questions let me know if i can help. Thanks

When you install it it supposed to go in place and it won't move anymore. Make sure where it sits is not damaged
