Thanks! We use moog HD coils in the back. It gives it about .5-1".

Great build! Pretty cool to see a 9 pax. May I ask why the fan was outset? Any structural differences or harnesses running down the middle of this one? Or just a preference?

Some clients want it offset so they can fit a long roof box etc. No structural differences.

Would love to find out how much you charge to take my 2003 suburban and make it an overland. It’s a Z71!

As you are located in idaho do you source vehicles with little to no rust? Here in minnesota all you can find is rust buckets.

Yes we are in Twin Falls, ID. We do source vehicles with little rust. We just see surface rust here and a lot of our clients are from the Eastern side of the US.

How do you install the winch. I’d love to do that to mine

they charge a lot. this would probably be like 18-22k. I would just build it yourself. I just bought one of these suburbans for $3500 with 120k miles

@@aditparikh781 I figured but thanks. You definitely got a good deal. I haven't seen any like that. Everything I see is old, high mileage and a lot of money with a body like swiss cheese.😂

@@scottmcfarland2149 yea mine was pretty rusty. I had to weld a patch on the frame and swap the rear axle with my friend but its good now. Got all parts at junkyard for super cheap because they have too many of these gmt800s in junkyards. Done several camping trips this summer and towed a travel trailer too. These vehicles are so underrated and abundant. I would get the 2500 if i did it again.

Before inflation hit, I bought a base model with almost 200k miles for $6k. They charge more for these models because of the build-out. The additions also raise the cost (Double Din, power station, overhead fan, winch, etc).
