Terrific! My moms WS6 has the American Racing Longtubes 1 3/4, with a American Racing Catted Y pipe and a Borla S Type with quad tips, also has comp cams! It sounds real nice

That's crazy because a 392 is my dream car lol. I just don't like car payments and can't fathom 35k cash to drop on a car. It's fun to buy these older cars and make them fast though!

I like the stock better, but glad you dgaf! Because it is for you, not for me :) I like deep, clean, smooth ... that is too 'racey' for me ;) I hope to pick up a 98+ TA at some point; in my post high school years, I wanted a Firehawk, now I just want a clean one in great shape one day. If I had more money than brains, I'd throw a heap of it at somebody that owned a Bright Purple Metallic one until they were willing to sell it; otherwise I think I'll chase either a Navy Blue Metallic or a Black one (the latter to do an all blacked out build, the first, because that purple was sexy af to me). Hope that system lasts you a long time and it puts a smile on your face every time you get out there and have fun with it :D

Any drone while driving with this setup? I was gona go with corsas to avoid the drone which sometimes can be really bad.

I don't have this car anymore but I've put SLP on other platforms too and they all have a little drone. As you probably know, it's just a straight through resonator. Other exhaust like Borla have a sophisticated design that eliminates drone and is still loud AF and sound good

@@trentonwelch9506 not in INDIANA. 17,500 is about the cheapest you can find listed for sale. I bought my ws6 from a good friend 3yrs.ago for 10,000 and he just took off the stock exhaust for an all stainless magnaflow. I'm not impressed with the exhaust note at all.

Really old but damn whys the stock exhaust pop like that? Mines a 96 with stock everything and I’ve never heard it pop

Yes, a tune is always needed for maximum efficiency. Yes, headers too. Full exhaust
