Beautiful Low mileage Seville SLS! Only 20k miles on this Luxury Package Seville! Fully serviced and ready to go! Priced below market due to some cosmetic challenges. The car has had some previous paint work that looks good, but isn't perfect.

Styling is very nice though
That’s a nice car for $8K. Those Northstars scare me. I had a 1998 SLS and the head gasket problem happened. $4000 to repair.
Those Northstar engines were riddled with issues. I hope you do a ton of preventive maintenance while miles are low.
Hello Anthony & Papa Bear, the interior of this Seville is stunning (except for the booger) & the exterior looks nice. It's priced to sell, I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't sold already!!! Thanks for sharing this low mileage Cadillac!!! 👍👍
The interior is beautiful. Outside flaws are nothing for the age. I remember the past video of this one. Another GREAT car from Anthony and Papa Bear. Love it
With that much cosmetic damage considering the low mileage, $8k is pushing it. Everyone knows these cars are essentially worthless because of the issues with the Northstar engine no matter how much mileage is on it.
@brandonnapper3907

That is true but nowadays people are willing to pay $8k to $10k for any old car that is well preserved. In today's time, it's not about how much it is worth, it's about what a person is willing to pay on top of money invested in said vehicle. This car would sell for like $3k to around $4500 WITHOUT any work done to it. If he did sort out the cosmetics properly all the way through, he could get $10k-$12k. $7995 is a fair price on this one without cosmetic work. My opinion...

looking at the replies... I'm in the club!!!! My current daily driver is a 1996 Cadillac DeVille with a north star!! Need I say more? Lol The car looks better than newer cars on the street...but temp gauge goes back and forth from 197 to 222 whether or not I'm in heavy traffic. I just got an oil change, and antifreeze flush. about a week later... I lost 3rd and 4th gear. I have 1st and 2nd. I think it's the shift solenoid. The transmission shop I took it too...wants to put in a rebuilt transmission for $4,700dollars. I'm not going to put that much money into a ticking time bomb!! This week the trans... next week the motor!! Anyone interested in a "really clean" 1996 Cadillac DeVille...."Low miles" Lol.

With a Northstar engine, you have to check the oil every time you fill it up with gas. Other than that, it's a beautiful driving automobile.

Exceptionally pretty color (I'm fine with a 10 footer - the color does it, would not want a silver anything). Almost enough to tilt me to an SLS, but I also want the Bose, changer and sunroof. (Have to give some reasons) Such low miles, I'd chance the Northstar which should certainly last years as a 2nd or 3rd car occasional driver. Unfortunately 2002 engine still has the TYY bolt issue, and while the oil consumption issue was fixed by that time they still have carbon build up problem until 03. To say nothing of the accessibility issues. If this were the one for me though, I'd dicker with you over that rear quarter, that's a money knock down. (Unrelated to this specific car: Always ticked me off that Cadillac leather for these Sevilles is so susceptible to creasing and later cracking. Smaller Infinit models and Acura Legends had a much worse version of this problem - splitting - it just shows poorly)

I had one. Every nut and bolt fell out of the engine.
OMG my mom had one I love and miss that car the radio sounded amazing 🤩
Thank you for sharing. I always wondered what was the difference between SLS and STS with this generation. I know in the 92-97 you can see and know the difference with the options. I prefer the 1992 with the 4.9 and the column shift and digital gauges. I think these are nice too.... I like your honesty. Too bad you cabnot locate me a 1991-1992 Oldsmobile Toronado with a front bench seat and option package ISB and AM6 ( front bench seat).
I had the sister car to this, a 2001 Eldo ETC. Loved it and kept it for many years.
In my experience two common cause of fisheye is silicone, or oil contamination on the surface before painting and applying the clear coat too soon after the color coat.
Man I love these, a modern looking but still classical Cadillac in a great color. Floats like a proper Caddy should, Northstar has got plenty of power, Trans shifts are smooth as silk (if in good shape). Don't let the Northstar scare you, if maintained properly, it will last, just don't ever let it run hot. These cars got a bad rap, but I think most of that is people constantly dawging the crap out of them and doing next to no maintenance, if at all. Honestly my biggest complaint, out of the gate, this body style SLS & STS should have been RWD, all of their competition at the time was, except for the Lincoln continental wich had the fwd InTech DOHC V8. Of which the caddy is the better looking, more comfortable, and better driving car. And that's coming from a Ford man. If I was in the position I would buy this little gem, and gobble up the hiway miles in it, super comfortable road trip car.
nice one !!! you will have no issues selling it, great job sir
Hi Anthony, Great looking driver you and Papa Bear did a super job getting this one ready.

Hello Michael thank you. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
Nice car. It’s worth what your asking. Thank you for sharing
Wicked cool ride and price!! I really need to get some more room for my "toys"...lol
I certainly hope that after completely flushing the cooling system that you put in the GM factory specified cooling system sealing tablets which are required after any cooling system work on the Northstar engine
If that’s the Cadillac with the Northstar engine in it I’ll pass…. Let me know when you get your hands on a 1983 Cadillac coupe Deville two door
Beautiful Caddy! Shame about the Heated seats but it is what it is. Hopefully the new owner will love it!!
I had one of these years ago. Its was a 2002 STS, that I bought with 55K miles on it. for $11K in 2007. I drove it to 128K miles . Its had a moonroof, Xenon lights and a CD changer in the console Pretty good car as I recall. I had a couple of electrical issues. The steering bushing is the achilles heel of these cars. Mine was fixed twice and was traded in making noise

BEAUTIFUL
I currently have a 2003 caddy seville sts for 9 years. Only paid $3100 9 years ago. Change your oil regularly. coolant. and transmission fluid. Put top tier regular gas in it. All northstar engine will eventually leak oil either from the rear main seal or valve cover gasket. If it's just a slight leak you can live with that. Just keep an eye on your oil level. Watch out for trunk leaks and keep her clean to avoid rust. The car will last you forever. Only then that stop working on minds was the original radio. I put an aftermarket one in and it's fine now. No sensors haven't went out on it yet.

@@8corymix8 A car I had for 9 years only paying $3100 cash on craigslist was well worth it. You can't even find an owner that bought a new car for 20,000 and up have a car that last for 9 years because it would have broken down by now. Maybe and old Toyota but I would take a caddy over a toyota.
Magnificent car at a very good price.
Good luck with that Northstar engine!!!!
Its a Northstar so a ticking time bomb for sure
Anthony, I do body work, that car looks very straight, the hood and trunk I would 90 percent guess it had hail damage remedied, usually the roof of the car on these models resist a pretty good hail. Ask me how I know, because I've seen hail damage on these cars and the tops usually don't dent or dimple.
Anthony I'll bet you a $100.00 bucks the car suffered hail damage at some point. That's what it looks like to me. Nice one though.
@osu3221

I just posted that. I'm a body guy and I've seen hail damage on everything, on these years of the caddy lost of the time the top isn't damaged, it's thicker.
I would, and hope to buy a vehicle from you, Anthony. Your cars are the best and your way of doing business is the best.
This was always one of my favorites STS/SLS. I used to love Cadillac, but now all of the Model line ups look the same. Especially with the taillights
Love Caddys, love your videos, but after the debacle I had with my 1999 Seville and headgaskets, I don't trust any Northstar engines. I do hope all goes well with the person that gets this car.

Agreed that Northstars may need a head gasket. But it doesn't happen to all of them. When GM was testing the Northstar prior to its introduction to the market., Cadillac did this crazy test where they drained all of the oil from a Northstar and then ran it at high speeds through Death Valkey. After an hour without oil the engine didn't have any internal damage. As long as these motors are maintained correctly they are actually very reliable.
beautiful cadillac
I bought a 99 sts black on black with 90k miles for $800 previous owner passed and the son wanted nothing to do with it.
Loved those Sevilles, Cadillac worked out the problems with the car by then.
Man she is pristine!! By the way, always love the Sicilian music!!
SLS stood for Seville Luxury Sedan. I own a 1996 Cadillac Seville SLS. Mine isn't in as good of shape as this one. I love your Car and I wish I could buy it. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
I wish I could afford a 2011 Executive L, definitely buy from you!
Hey Anthony I like the Cadillac 👏🏽👏🏽👍🏾
Great video
Fair Price for this Anthony as she is still a BEAUTY despite her issues. !!!! Hi Papa. !!! :)
Beautiful presentation ✌ Caddy
That really is nice. I have toyed with the idea of buying one of these for the last two years. The Northstar thing doesn’t really even bother me because frankly if it breaks I will just get it fixed. It’s a 20 year old car, things are going to happen. I have a 14 year old Saab that I have dumped about three grand in repairs the last two years. So yeah the north star blowing a $4000 hole in my pocket at once as a blow to the gut, you could also get nickeled and dimed by other cars every few months
The rear spoiler with the brake light strip looks good
Does this car have any gasket issue that plagued these cars ? Thanks Anthony !
I just looked at one same year that’s nicer with less miles for twenty five hundred dollars. But I’m sure someone out there will pay his price.
Parents bought a 99 STS and had it from 08-15. Pretty solid from 08-10(maintenance and think one suspension airbag went out that was it). Around 2011 the radio went out and the heat/ac was acting up they gave the car to my older brother dad bought an impala since he had to drive far for work while trying to fix the Caddy for him over the years (water pump, radiator and fans, fan actuators, new radio and audio stuff, accessories, suspension airbag, etc). Seemed fine for a short while, but by around 2015 the whole car was pretty much falling apart. Interior practically was decaying it was overheating from the gasket issue and lots of other little issues it wasn't worth keeping and it ended up being junked by the summer that year.
Years ago my neighbor was driving her Escalade and a truck in front of her was carrying paint and the paint got all over her Escalade. The insurance company paid to have the Escalade repainted. Could be something as simple as that and the roof wasn’t effected, which is why the roof was never touched.
Very nice Tone 👌
Nice color
Nice daily driver Anthony, for the price, I wouldn’t worry about a few marks and dings.
Nice car Anthony, I like the color, I remember the video when you got it and commented that I liked the car, I even guessed that it would be about $8k. I wish I had $$ I would take a chance on the Northstar again. Say hello to your dad for me too, take care and good luck with the sale!

Heated seats don't work? I'm with hail and/or storm damage due to the dimples I saw in the roof. Clean, low mileage, your fixes mechanically and new tires, nice car for the year and I'm still looking. But I'm seeing crazy shipping costs out there. On the fence again.
Very nice and clean Caddy!!!! However, whoever buys it, I hope they get the revised headbolts from Northstar Performance. Do that and that Seville will last a lot longer without many issues.

Sad that a car with 20,000 miles would have such a life. I have had many Csdillacs in my life and I love them all. I hope whoever buys it will love it back to perfect.
I'm still on the lookout for a hard top '96/'97 Town Car. I'm just not a Cadillac man. I saw the '97 from the other day but I don't want cloth roof. How do I get in line for doing a deal with you delivered to southeastern Minnesota?
Anthony I always wonder on these years Seville’s, why are the parking lights and fog lights Always on. Even if the lights are on “off” switch it still shows lights on on dash. My grandma had a deville in 2003 and I knew if she had left her wipers in autosense her headlights would stay on.

That 92' Admiral Grey Brougham recently that also had 19k miles, sold for $46 grand. This shows just how desirable the "the last of the real Cadillacs" are, even though this Seville is a nice car too.
If an elderly person owned the car it was probably paint scraped a little going in and out of a garage. The hail damage is very minor. The car just needs touched up a little. Overall it’s a Gem.
