This is a gem of a session from our Rapid Burn program by Coach Swetha!
20 sets in under 20 minutes! This session is 🔥 for days when you don't want to miss your session and don't have enough time to squeeze in a regular 45 minutes - 60 minutes!
The format is simple, 2 rounds of 2 circuits:
1️⃣ World's greatest stretch 👉🏻 Quadruped Glute Kickbacks 👉🏻 Plank Jacks x 2 rounds
2️⃣ Lunge hold shoulder press 👉🏻 Jumping Lunges 👉🏻 Lunge position w/ row pause 👉🏻 Skater hops x 2 rounds
