20 Minute Upper Body Strength Workout [No Equipment]
Tap in with us for an effective upper body strength training workout 🔥. This workout is all about targeting the entire upper body without the use of any heavy equipment. Some of the exercises may be a bit too difficult, so feel free to follow Toya for any modifications. You can also utilize a chair or any elevated surface for modifications as well. To build upper body muscle and strength over time, we highly recommend doing this for multiple rounds or as a finisher to one of your own workouts. This is literally the ONLY upper body hiit i have ever liked. No crazh calisthetics i cant do and no coordination testers that need half the timer to even figure out. My back is burning after every time i do this workout, thank you so so much!!

Yesterday I did your 20 minute whole body bodyweight only, and today this. Both times I was surprised by how much of a sweat I worked up in such a short time. Very happy!
My new personal trainers! I travel for work, and don't often have access to a gym. Body weight workouts I can do in a hotel room or in a park are perfect! Thanks for this!

Found your channel a few weeks ago, just want to say I love your channel. I have little to no experience exercising except for what I used to do in PE class almost ten years ago and I'm finally committed to getting healthier. I lost 30 pounds last year but want to focus on gaining muscle this year and you guys have been a FANTASTIC resource for me as someone that doesn't really know what I should be doing or how I should be doing it, especially also as someone that doesn't necessarily have access to a fully equipped gym. Love you guys and the energy you bring to my day!

I’m starting to get into the gym to get me out of this funk I’ve been in and I don’t own any weights at home and I’m too anxious to hit the gym so this- this has been so helpful. Thanks J&T, this is exactly what I needed for a Friday and needed something but was not feeling like jumping around like a jumping bean. It was relaxing music and I was not concerned with timing or counts. Need more like this to save for days like this. Love what y’all put together for us.
