Repeated it again today and as yesterday sweat dripped from our noses and wet our eyes 👀 👍 We both are out of breath 😓

Thank you Joe for the reminder at the end that we can modify. I was about to get into the tuck jumps when I was reminded that I am nursing a recovering knee. Subbed alternating lunge jumps. Great workout.

Oh wow, that last one is tough, especially with a stitch and the central heating on! It was my 3rd workout after a month or so off. I’m pleased I pushed through, I feel great now. Thanks so much Joe x

@@sarahwarnes7560 .... I never used to exercise ever .... but when I turned 60 I needed to get my health under control .....I wasn't super overweight or anything , just heading into insulin resistance. Now I love it😁 and I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been !! 😆😁
