Thank you thank you for responding to asking for more rebounder. Here’s why your the best. 1. Music in stead of all talking. 2- absolutely need countdown timer 3- what’s up next bubble. 4- not thinking we can do big kicks jumps and cheerleading moves. I have looked all over you tube and no one is doing what your doing for us mature ladies! More more more hiit rebounder! 💕💋10+

Wow, I've never used a "rebounder" before- you make it look so easy (and fun) Seems like it might be less impactful on joints(?) and a good tool for balance as well, which is something I need to practice - now I want to get one for working out! I LOVE my JumpSport rebounder however I would never use it if I did not have a security bar. You can easily fall off and break your ankle so please consider getting the security bar

Loved it! I was afraid this might be too much for me but managed to keep up and finish it all. I power marched during the 20 second lower intensity sections. Loved it. Will do again and try and be even better next time (better form). Thanks so much. Plan to try more of your workouts. Really love the rebounder, bosu ball, step and low impact for cardio. I am loving these on my summer break. I find the pace just perfect. Great as I can’t run any more due to hip issues and pelvic problems but this is perfect as have gained weight too due to not running. I teach mainly pilates so perfect for the cardio I am missing. You are so motivating too. My mood after a morning at my computer 10!!! Please do more.
I really enjoy your rebounder workouts. They arent crazy complicated, and they are easy to follow which builds confidence and makes me want to come back for more, instead of feeling overwhelemed with crazy moves and speed.

I only started rebounding a few weeks ago so I am so happy I could do all this except I found the balancing a bit tricky. I am a 10 thank you so much for sharing. Rebounder exercises are my most favorite! I enjoy doing two of your 30 minute workouts, followed by some arm exercises. I a nearly 63 years old and still enjoy vigorous exercise. Addicted to my rebounder! 🤭 Thank you for all you do. Blessings 🙏
That used to be my favorite class at the gym but unfortunately their not doing it anymore...I'm sitting here with an injury to my back feel so sad my car is off the road also everything seems to be going wrong I think your wonderful Shelly keep up the great work 💕

I love this practice of yours which I just found! I've been rebounding for years on and off and have a slightly bigger rebounder which means my bounces are a bit slower than yours, but it works anyway 😍 I love the music and your positive and soft voice ❣️Thank you so much!
