@@suzieq7161 Thank you, I do a 30 mins workout and a stretch one everyday and twice a week I do the 10 min squat which is 120 squat total, its really good, I love Schellea, she is so lively and happy and enouraging. Have fun plenty of workout to do :)

I’m plant based too. WFPB. I’m in my 60s, no pain,no pain, move as I wish, teach line dance. Getting older is just fine, especially by eating right. I like these workouts. They work different muscles than line dance or walking. I added weights for a couple of these moves.
This is your best workout! I feel really challenged. I’m almost 65 - sounds weird because I don’t feel 65. I tried other videos but the instructor either talked too much or didn’t give clear instructions. Your videos are just right. Keep making high intensity videos please.

After three months of working out with you, this is still my FAVORITE full-body workout. By about 20 - 23 minutes in, the sweat is running in my eyes. I love your workouts, Schellea. THANK YOU for helping me to get fit, lose weight, reduce my arthritis pain, and feel good.
I'll hit 70 later this year and am so happy I found your videos, which I've been using for a month now. Although not a couch potato before, I definitely feel much fitter and stronger now, as well as being slimmer and leaner. Go Schellea!

Yes, I am sweating and I got my heart rate up! Thank you for making a video that I could actually do without my joints hurting. I really like the timer, it helps me to keep going and I love that you demonstrate the movement before you begin..This video is just amazing!
Okay, I am 68 years young. I just finished this workout without stopping. I feel as number 10, my whole body is covered in sweat. I use the Amazon Halo program to keep track of my fitness. I have been using others while you have been gone and my number for Fitness has been a 30 for each day. However after completing this my heartbeat got up to 151 and my score for today is 42 for fitness. It is so good to have you back I think I will do this workout every day this week and see how I feel at the end of the week. Unless of course, you come out with another one this week. Miss you greatly so glad to have you back!!

I am so glad that we have a new video out. This was fantastic workout. I feel like a 10 out of 10! I like the 40 seconds on 20 seconds of walking-makes it feel like a HIIT workout and the time goes very quickly. These videos are amazing and they have changed my life! I'm 63 and just getting back into it. Did your 5000 step workout yesterday! This one is tough! I'll keep at it though!
I’m 58, I used to be in such great shape all my life. Then ugh, long story short, I’ve gained so much weight can’t run and lift weights like I used to. This work out was so hard, I feel so discouraged. I kept moving the whole time but boy how far I’ve fallen. 😞

Did this routine AND the 5,000 steps routine this morning and I asked my 87 year old mom if she cared to join me. She would have been walking for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours but due to weather it wasn’t an option today. She did fantastic, a little challenging with the hand feet coordination but she still made it through. So proud of her ❤️. Thank you Schellea 🥰

That was great!! I’ve been off for 10 days driving around the uk, visiting relatives and sleeping in 9 different beds, eating badly and feeling rubbish not having time to exercise with you, so it’s wonderful to return today. I did feel sluggish and I’ve lost muscle tone, but my body Knew what to do straight away and I was soon smiling and laughing. I loved this new video, wonderful to see you back, thank you!

I’ve exercised my whole adult life as I enjoy it . I believe in reap what you sow . I’m not on any medication, my bloods are all normal and I go into town to clubs still. I want to tell you that you’re a very nice person and you make everyone feel included and special. I found you a few years ago online . As soon as I see you post , I save it . I’ve many vids by different trainers but yours are perfect to do after a hard day at work . The comments are so positive and appreciative on here and it’s deserved . Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a fat-loss meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.
I just want to tell you I found these videos the last of March. Doing these in combination with eating clean I have lost 25 lbs, was able to get off insulin , and look great. Love the arm videos too. My Endo dr is impressed . A1C down from 9 to 6 just last week! Your messages are so encouraging as well.

Intense, challenging and doable (and I'm 68)! It is very hard for me to get to a point where I am sweating (well, here in the South we call it "dewing") but this workout does it. And of course Schellea is so encouraging and makes working out fun. This has been added to my favorites.

Dear Schellea, I have no words to tell you how thankful I am for your training videos and for this one also. You are my hero! Thank you so much for making me feel happy when I exercise with you! I forget everything when I exercise with you, all the miserable things which are happening now in my country. I just feel happy, so so happy, like in your song. I am 61 and discovered you ca 1,5 years ago. Since that time my best time is, when I turn on your videos. It helped me through depressive corona period not to get totally crazy, it helps me now through the war. You are amazing! I like so much your female art to present yourself. I just finished this workout and I’m sweaty and glad I did it. I’ve been loving your workouts and this format of 20 seconds walking 40 seconds exercise. I had taken a few years off of exercise after my class broke up and my divorce. This is a great reintroduction. Love you!!
This new 30 minute fat burn walking routine is excellent. I loved it and it’s another perfect warm up for the 20 minute arm routine. I coupled these two workouts with her HIIT workout she does with her daughter in-law and her 5,000 step routine which I absolutely love. I burned 877 calories, I’m a happy 61 year old. I’ve also turned my 87 year old mom on to her balance routines. It’s all so good for our bodies. Thank you for all that you do. ❤️

I’m 70 and been doing all your sitting exercises as I’m in a wheelchair, love them but can you do more for the disabled who want to keep fit. I exercise every morning using your videos. Please more for the disabled your great
came back to the exercises after a few days break, very challenging but felt so good that i was able to finish it.
I discovered you at age 60 & work out to a variety of your videos daily to kick start my day. I enjoy the cardio, strengthening & low impact! You’re so inspiring and makes my first year of retirement fabulous!!! You’re fabulous. Thank you!! 💖

I’m 68 years young and with this workout, I don’t feel burnt out and surprisingly I’m sticking to it! So far I have seen an amazing improvement in my body and energy. This workout is different than any other I did in the past, it’s not too difficult to follow and not too long to get tired to quit. Fits any work schedule any time of the day. I also loved the 15 minutes seating workout. Don’t give up! It really works 😊
