    I am not bothered when I am mindful, I am and when I am not, I am not I can always remindful myself as long as I am relaxed and mindempty.

    please do one on self-love and compassion but without bringing up the image of a person who loved you. Just compassion towards yourself, your sensations and emotions. Thank you for all the meditations you provide, they are invaluable.
