20 Minute Guided Meditation for Clarity (No Music, Voice Only)

Feeling some brain fog? Find some clarity with this simple 20 minute guided meditation practice that uses mindfulness. If you’re having trouble clearing your mind, this session will teach you to use your awareness, and awareness of distractions, to create some clarity.
We’ll start by setting an intention for the meditation practice to have a focused and clear session. We’ll then move our attention to physical points of contact around the body, and the breath, to gain some clarity in our mind from all the fog. Finally, there will be prompts throughout the practice to help you center your thoughts and bring yourself back to the focus of the meditative practice.

    I would add to my previous comment that the first distraction I felt was a mild feeling of anxiety. Thank you for helping me find the main distraction I feel! It has to be related to worries and worrying, fear, uncertainties and doubts. This is the clarity I gained! ADB,MD

    I think perhaps the greatest benefit I received from this meditation for early morning brain fog was an acceptance and non-resistance to feeling this brain fog and remaining calm and patient, until it cleared. Many thanks and gratefulness and appreciation for what you do......

    more laissez-faire than i'm used to but i suppose with my progression i should rely less on guidance and more on my own ability to be aware.
