20 Minute Guided Meditation for Being Present and Mindful

Practice being present and out of your head with this 20 minute guided mindfulness meditation. When you can be present and in the moment, you get out of thinking about the past and future, the sources of a lot of suffering that goes on in our minds.
Mindfulness allows us to place our attention on aspects of the present moment with an open awareness. Without judgement or without adding stories to thoughts, feelings, and sensations that arise in our consciousness.

    I don’t understand how I am supposed to stay present with my thoughts, watching them come and go when I have 10 thousand thoughts coming inside my mind at the same time whilst having a music theme constantly playing in the back of my mind.
