I don’t understand how I am supposed to stay present with my thoughts, watching them come and go when I have 10 thousand thoughts coming inside my mind at the same time whilst having a music theme constantly playing in the back of my mind.

Breathe in the way that's the most natural and comfortable for you. It should be effortless.
This was difficult for me. My mind kept wandering constantly 🏳️🌈
