I love your workouts for many, many reasons, but one big one is you don't yell at me!😅 I like that you're chill. I still get very sweaty and get a great workout!! Thank you. At 49 I found out that I am hypermobile and can't do heavy hitt exercises. These exercises are controlled, super well explained and I book great results.
That second exercise...I was cursing under my breath the whole time 😅 Loved this short sweaty sesh!

This was a good one! I sometimes switched out the 10lb weight for a 15lb, and I was struggling the whole time. I made it through each exercise with out giving up though 🙌🏻
