I did this with my smallest DBs, but those bangles matching your outfit r so nice! I was surprised how sweaty this got. The ‘rotate, reach, back, center’ felt graceful. Loved the workout: thank u!

Hi Coach Mira! I am a man and just saw this video because my grandma does this lesson! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together! I feel really weak and unconfident. 😟
