Butter grandpa is such a gem. I live right next to France and have met a lot of older men like him when I went there, just deliciously silly and happy to be alive. Heartwarming.

A note on Gurudwara Bangka Sahib Temple. If I could eat like this every day, I'd be vegetarian as well. That looks so good and filling, I don't think I'd ever need a protein "base" again.

Le beurre homme est très passionné pour son métier. Il a l’air très gentil, comme un grand père de quelqu’un qui est sincèrement intéressé par la transmission des connaissances et l’art de la fabrication du beurre.

My first time to hear a podcast. In the eighties I discussed careers in wellness and everyone I spoke with was speechless when I asked the question. My circumstances at the time caused me to drop the idea. I'm happy to see someone took off with the idea to help the population with wellness through prevention instead of treatment after they are sick. My career was in the healthcare industry.

Somehow I think the butter, cheeses, and breads should not be included in this video because they are very different from the other foods here that show how full meals are cooked in extraordinary sizes which are not the usual way of preparing them. The butter, cheese, and bread videos just look like large factory versions of the same usual process of making them.

Gloves are horrendous from a food safety point of view in a professional setting. The frequent handwashing in places like this (and all restaurant kitchens you've ever eaten from) is much safer than wearing the same pair of gloves for ages. There's a reason chefs never wear gloves....

a lot of this food was really lower quality.. the pizzas were not good.. the baguettes were not soft inside the texture while eating them must not be enjoyable.. the croissants were an unappetizing brown from that spray they put on it. i liked how that pizza guy was proud that almost all of his customers were steered there by tour guides.. well thats horrible the tour guide is being paid off to bring customers there to eat nasty pizza.. there is much better pizza in NYC... all of it was lower quality backed with hype like that butter guy

The last time I was in France and Paris to be exact it was almost unrecognizable. They have allowed so much 3rd world trash to colonize them that it’s dirty and crime ridden. I miss the Paris of the late 80’s early 90’s. The French way of life, the culture is being destroyed.
