Any house that is less cluttered with material things is going to be easier to clean. Set loose the cleaning robots on each floor of a larger home to let them labor over the dust bunnies and their dust bunny babies

At 8:21 you say it is called the Acorn but the name says Acron. Time left to re-do the typo without losing lots of views. These tiny trailers are super expensive! There were a couple priced at $7,000 as a kit. But for $14 per square foot people can move into a 2,000 sq. ft. quonset hut as a safe place to live. All steel construction just needs spray foam insulation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and piece of land to build it on. Arrange 5-6 huts around a central court with opposing entrances/exits and you've got a small community for glamping / rentals or decently sized 10,000 to 12,000 square foot abode :)

These are great for older, disabled, or young families. Bring the cost down and they could help the homeless.

Neat idea but only drawback is U gotta be able to squeeze in the dog . And I mean a dog like 85 pounds .

Why is that? They offer superior protection against storms when they aren't severely altered. Tidy way to ship your home with all it's stuff inside to a new destination. They can offer great security against burglary if not compromised by the house conversion step.
