I favor the container home as well. In some parts of the U.S, like Asheville NC, shipping container homes are common. I believe the savings are around 50% lower than conventional methods of building.

number 5 is perfect for a single person with hobbies!!

REALLY GREAT IDEAS FOR THOSE THAT WANT A TINY HOME BUT HAVE A TIGHT BUDGET!!

Something that could be explored, would be like many sailboats are equipped, a wet head, this can add more available storage....

In so many citied that allow tiny houses have made it illegal to harvest rain water. Love the look on people's faces when you tell them you cant harvest rain water for ANYTHING. In AZ where water is wasted in so many ways you would think you should do everything to prevent that. Saving rain water or using your grey water in your outside grass or plants is very illegal in most of our more liberal cities and towns. Same with many places on the west coast.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ‼️ How are they ENFORCING such ridiculous "laws" ❓❓ I know most cities are trying to PREVENT People from going the Tiny House route by making it damn near IMPOSSIBLE to find anywhere to LEGALLY PARK it‼️ They want EVERYONE LOCKED INTO a Forever Mortgage / Financial Servitude 🙄👎 Tiny Homes would help solve the HOMELESS problem as well as the HOUSING issue in CA. NO AFFORDABLE HOUSING & RENT IS OUTRAGEOUS ‼️ If we could all go the Tiny House route, OUR HOUSING PROBLEMS Would be SOLVED 👍👍 But they don't want that ... Or they wouldn't be making it SO DIFFICULT to find places to park 'em. It seems you've gotta find a City / Town that's "UNINCORPORATED" ...or... Move out of CA. to .... ❓❓🤔 IDK WHERE ??

The Great Reset..... The New Normal....Where You Will Own Nothing And Be Happy ....They got first part right, you'll own nothing (not even rain water you collected) rent tiny homes & eat bugs... Why hasn't anyone mentioned incredible tiny homes they have an 8 by 16 for $20,000 and 1/8 by 20 for$25,000 both have kitchens and bathrooms and you can get one immediately if you go to Freeport Tennessee and pick one up they are made from steel panels and rrv rated

stop making dedicated furniture......learn to adapt.....with cushions, for example....for both sleeping and sitting........it would free up a lot of space....

I want my bed to live in the ceiling. Pully system (in case no power) that way you maximize floor space and your couch could be guest bedding. Keep the loft as a closet/storage. Or as a better place to sleep in the winter. Heat rises. Sleep downstairs in the summer.
