Are these homes similar to manufacturing home? You need a land to place them with electric, septic tank, and drill the well.

I believe these homes are more akin to RVs, with the added option of long-term placement for some of them. Personally, my favorite is MicroHause, which offers three different sizes. Their website provides a wealth of valuable information if you're interested in learning more. Unfortunately, I tried to copy some information from their page for you, but it didn't work out. Your mention of electric, septic tanks, wells and the various red tape involved is spot on. It's something that often slips our minds. Iit's crucial to consider all you mentioned, along with permits, and zoning codes, when delving into the world of tiny homes. Thanks for watching! I just wanted to clarify that the homes I featured in the video aren't just for the wealthy - in fact, none of them even come close to costing a million dollars. The larger model, called The Space, is over 700 square feet and priced around 400k. However, I understand that not everyone is looking for homes at that price point, so I included some Home Depot tiny homes below the video that are as low as 20k-40k. I hope that clears things up. As for the channel, I try to avoid featuring cheap or low-quality products as I know my audience expects high-quality content. That being said, I have posted some camper videos in the past that are priced at 10k and under. However, even editing those videos can be a bit tedious, so I try to mix things up to keep it interesting for everyone. Thanks again for your comment!

@jamesrobinson2660 I was surprised to learn there are only around 5000 tiny home owners currently living in the U.S. I thought the numbers were much higher. If I lived in a tiny home my place would be very messy lol. I need space for my stuff. I hate feeling cluttered.

All this Tech, it's great but I'll opt out just give me a house, I can still turn on light switches and adjust temp, manually. Someone hacking in and controlling my house on the other side of the world. I never used to even think about that but all the new Tech is pointing us in that direction

Power goes out and so does my house. Then there are people hacking my house too? Ugh. The looks are nice but the automation gives me the creeps (literately is possible).

Now if only they don't price them in the low $400,000.00 range!!! it's absurd the cost per SQ-FT they ask for Edited to include should have watched first guess this is the New Affordable

The home one the thumbnail is my favorite, the MicroHause starts at $89k. Taking inflation the last ten years into consideration, that seems very reasonable. The price of campers are up there as well. Especially U.S campers.

@@mindseyedesign My house of 1400 SQ-FT cost me $86,000.00 I had to sell it because of Divorce even with Inflation the cost per SQ-FT is insane

That's one way of looking at it. Personally, I think it looks more like a single- wide "modular home".

For that price you mays just build a very good expedition truck. Who the heck buys any of these tents?

I got a great idea 💡!!! Let's make tiny homes that cost more than regular homes. That's Brilliant! I bet we'll sell a bunch of em and get rich! Let's both invest our life savings.

The video showcased real people walking around inside most of the featured homes, except for one. The MicroHaus, which was the last one shown, is available for order on the company website at microhaus.me/. The Kasita, which was the fourth home featured and is based in Austin, Texas, is also 100% real and has been on the market for a couple of years now. The first home shown in the video, the KYU, is currently available for purchase on the company website at keu.es/en/. So, at least three of the homes are real. As for The Space house, it's still in the early stages of development. The Smart Zendo, which was also featured in the video, was a one-off design from a few years ago by the Sim-Plex Design Studio. However, I'm sure that if the price is right, they would be delighted to build a Smart Zendo V2. I appreciate the comment. Thank you for watching.

@@mindseyedesign "real house" is euphemism to coincide with the current zeitgeist that supports "downsizing" At the expense of one's potential living standard by managerial elite(WEF, U.N, etc) I have no qualms about anything show in the video, I actually saving for a RV but I would consider buying some of these buildings instead.

While editing, I discovered some script errors that needed to be fixed before finishing the video. I only used AI's help at the beginning and end, but I'm gratefut. If I can't get a hold of my voice over people, at least AI can save the day and ensure that I don't miss a post for the weekend. I embrace the technology.
