$20 7" HDMI Display

Here's a $20 7" HDMI 480p Display I'm going to use to shoot my videos. I went s bit creative building a case for the display check it out!
The main message is be creative and think out of the box. The budget is kind of limitation I created for myself as I don't want to spend a lot of money on my hobby and limitations actually push your creativity.

Love these videos. Subscribed. Please don't apologize for your English. Most of us, myself included, barely speak one language, let alone 2. I humbly thank you for accommodating those of us who only speak English.

I agree, that he doesn't need to apologize for his English. We understand him, that's the point. I find it funny, that I speak 5 languages, haha :) No bragging, I've grown in a location, where 3 languages we're main. And just then I learned English. It's easy to deal with languages, when you're grown in multilingual location or family.

dude, using the packing sponge is perfect. You'd be amazed how well that works with appplications like flight simulator instrument panels. I do the exact same thing with trimming the foam with grey tape then i install it into the simulator dashboard. Looks exactly like a professionally installed instrument panel.

If you search for it, this "800×480 LCD display" also available as a nice modul for Raspberry PI, it even have touch panel, too, also, the power and the touch data is done with one USB cable. I'm using one as a second display for my desktop PC since 2020 and works great, even with Windows! 😉

if you had an old laptop that is broken or you are not using anymore lying around you could have just taken out the display and search for the control board online. it would get you to about 20-35-40 bucks, but you would have had a quality display (depending on your laptop of course) just wanted to mention it as an option

As an Ex-Military Electronics Tech, Adapt Improvise, and Overcome, was my daily Mantra. You wont believe the number of times Ive used Gaffer tape over the years to do something exactly like you just did. Kudos for not using duct tape. its Gaffer tapes el cheapo cousin and does not compare. Even back in the early 90s when I was installing professional audio visual equipment, we used kilometres of Gaffer tape and the saying was that Gaffer tape sticks like shit to a babys blanket. okay its gross if you just ate dinner but definately true. Its only competitor would have to be Denso tape yet another Australian Product, which is like Gaffer tape for water proofing. Cloth based and disgustingly wax/grease coated. On a Warship, both are indispensable. So nice job mate
