It's ironic how some of the Chinese are so abusive towards the staff, yet in their home country, they would be imprisoned for that kind of behaviour.

@@Sthmohtwenty I completely disagreed. Some of the exotic stuff could contain germs and larvae, and it does not take a whole lot to cause infestation, or diseases and that is why there are strict regulations forbidding bringing food items into a country unless you bring them in legally through import license. Remember Covid, it came from animals. You could argue about the fine, but could you imagine if a small animal carrying the next virus came through the customs as a "little bit of food or animal' that caused another global pandemic?

In all honesty, cheating is a very big issue with international students here. It's very common here to say, study business, and sit in a lecture where nearly 3/4 of the room doesn't speak conversational English. Domestic students here constantly complain about it. International students facilitate our 2nd highest export (education) and universities treat them like cash cows so the whole cheating/not speaking English thing is swept under the table.

The swearing Chinese man at the beginning of the video and the Chinese woman towards the end of the video who three a tantrum would never have gotten away with this kind of behavior at a US airport with armed border agents. They do not joke and will detain and deport you at the slightest provocation

@@billbauer9795 actually I was extremely privileged but understood that I didn't have to be. My parents never even allowed me to work while double majoring in political science and accounting for fear of me taking my eye off the prize. My passports also looked like that of a back packer because I hated staying still. Most parents aren't dumb enough to support a kid just drifting around. Good luck when they're dead of there's no family businesses. (That's my backup😌). What a loser.
