2 Detective Kirkendoll was called on me in Kingston, Missouri

About 9 am Investigator Deputy JC Kirkendoll arrived because they were called this time. He has been an Investigator for about a year, roughly as old as me at 46. He focuses his law enforcement activity on the local area very closely, and is not used to outside visitors. This is unfortunate and may be too common in these areas. What incentive is there for visitors to come out to these places?

He didn't say that it's the community members stealing from on another. Likely it's people from outside the community doing the theft, hence his interest in checking on someone from outside the community parked in the area.

Tweakers. Usually from surrounding towns and counties do the thievery. Everyone knows who they are, so they rarely shit where they eat. In Missouri you can protect your property with deadly force, so the Meth heads are are really taking a risk entering some people's property. I really should start recording my interactions with the local tweakers. I like to call them out publicly when I'm at grocery stores and gas stations. I can only hope the shame will make them look in the mirror, and maybe choose a different path, plus is funny as hell.

It's not him walking around and the out of state plates. It's the way his vehicle looks and things he does when parked. Mainly it's his vehicle it stands out and people find it suspicious and odd and call the cops. If he had a normal looking vehicle a fraction of these calls. Really leave people alone. If that caller was so concerned why can't they check on him. It's simple and easy.
