$2,000 Wagyu Parm Pasta
When I somehow found myself with a whole wheel of parmesan, there was only one thing to do… homemade pasta topped with wagyu ribeye cap crunchy bits and more wagyu slices on top 🥩
Let me know what I should do with the rest of this wheel, I have about 40 pounds of leftover cheese…

@yukitty_writes
3 күн бұрын
@@hotcoffee5555 this sort of pasta is a real dish served at fancy restuarants inside the big roll of cheese. its not that he did it to make the pasta "look impressive" this is a genuine technique. im not saying he'll end up using htre full block, though its likely that for 2000 dollars he will. but you can just keep reusing the block to make the dish over and over. you cant say for certian that anyone posting food content uses all of what they create, and at restuarants they CERTAINLY dont, so to be honest, your complaint is a little bit misguided. you should really be getting mad at those people who make giant "countertop" meals they dont eat or make absurd food combos nobody is finishing. here, there is plausability that he'll eventually use the entire wheel.

@@yukitty_writes You are only talking about possibilities, so it is not helpful at all. And your article is unnecessarily long. 3 күн бұрын
@@hotcoffee5555 okay? just because you wouldn't eat it again doesn't mean he wouldn't. he's cooking after himself and you burn vodka on the cheese to melt off the layer with all the bacteria anyway. the whole point of the dish is that it's focused on the expensive cheese you're eating so the point is to use the huge fucking cheese wheel. also YOURE only talking about possibilities! theres a possibility he throws out the cheese theres a possibility he doesn't because we dont fucking see him do EITHER
