Ingredients:
Ghee - 150 ml
Peanut oil - 50 ml
Coconut oil - 50 ml
Cinnamon sticks - 10g
Cloves - 6g
Cardamom - 4g
Kapok buds- 5 (small size)
Nutmeg - 1/4
Mace - 1 Whole
Star anise- 3 whole
Blackstone flower - 1 ½ tbs
Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 5
Mint leaves - 1 ½ handful
Coriander leaves - 1 handful
Ginger - 80g
Green Chilli - 10
Garlic - 100g
Small onions - 150g
Big onions - 100g
Chili powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 ½ tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Sea salt - As needed
Curd - 100 ml
Mutton (Goat) - 1 ¼ kg
Jeera Rice - 1 kg
Lemon - 1/2
