It's so badass of you guys that you haven't sell out to a newer mustang. Most youtubers from other channels had a new edge and then they just sell out for a newer mustang and that's when I stop watching thier videos and eventually unsubscribe from them. I really hope you guys dont give up on that badass new edge.

Boost them and they are absolute monsters. Even stage 2 gears and cams he’ll be able to beat a 2011 6 speed coyote all throughout 2nd gear. Stock trans makes the 4.6 fall on its face in the beginning of third

Sounds wicked💪🏼🔥🔥I did this once on my 2v it was so damn LOUD lol i was like shifting at 2000 rpm's it sounded loud and raspy it sounded awesome but i went back to mufflers my exhaust set-up is bassani longtubes headers bassani O/R x-pipe and flowmasters super 44 mufflers and 4"exhaust tips it sounds so good i get a lots of compliments🤘🏼🤙🏼

@@RatchetWrenches If you are going to be doing some bigger power mods I wouldn't go to 4.10s. Mine has full bolt ons, CompXE268 cams Dyno'ed making 260/305 to tires. With 4.10s car would be quick to like 30ish then just slow down. If your just doing cams 3.73 but if you do boost or cylinder heads 3.51.

@@mercury0214 On a bone stock car with mild bolt ons yes but after full bolt ons and cams no its not. because you will be in near 1:1 ratio at 70mph when you shift out of third. I've ran 4.10s 3.73's and 3.51s in my car 3.73 is the sweet spot till you get into cylinder heads or power adders then 3.51s all day. all 4.10s will do at his point is add tire smoke thats it.

4th gear is typically the 1:1 lol so shifting out of 3rd would be into 4th…..at 1:1.

Thanks! And it was kinda overpriced back a few years when I bought it but it allows you to change a bunch of settings and you can get emailed tunes for all your bolt on mods. Not really sure if it gained much HP since I’ve never had the car dyno tuned.

Without the mufflers it sounds like my 2v but just a tad louder. I got an off road h pipe and SLP II resonators. I will just say I can’t wait to put actual mufflers back on lol.

Iv had open pipes on 89 & 3 month later i blew head gaskets 40 series flows or 44 are the way to go

That's awesome you decided to buy a New Edge! And it really depends on a lot of factors so I can't give you a definitive answer unfortunately but I would say ball park you're looking at $9k - $15k depending on condition and mileage.

If you wanted this sound for your mustang you would need Long tube headers and a straight pipe all the way to the back or can throw in an O/R xpipe. No cats and no mufflers

@@koeit7981 that would definitely wake up the exhaust tone! If you do SLP’s and an xpipe it’ll be loud but will sound good if that’s what you’re going for.

Steve Pearce yeah we do too, we just couldn’t find piping that would run it all the way back. So we said screw it and just took them off completely. But we put everything back on. It was too loud haha
