StangMode!!! Wow sounds excellent!!! I bet that you pick up 30+ rwhp from the Kooks headers!!! Did you take out the carbon filters that clog up the intake air flow? I have seen 8-10 videos where the average gain by pulling out the carbon filters is 12-20 increased rwhp. Ford Performance just came out with improved CAI compared to K&N filters that picked up another 12 rwhp on the dyno. Adding the headers w/sport cats + 3” catback should get your Dark Horse to 500 rwhp NA making a decent daily driving Mustang!!!! Thanks for sharing the video. I am eager to see how the Revolution wheels in bronze look!!! Should blend well with the Blue Ember paint. Question for you: when opening the wheel out of the box the other guy mentioned some about the rim to prevent tire movement. Would you explain please!!! First heard!!! Cheers ❤👍👊💪🇺🇸✝️

I had awe exhaust on my 15 and 19 gt's and it just sounds perfect on these cars. Gonna probably do the same on my 17Gt as well. Just expensive.

Long tubes are awesome! Never fly here in CA. Already got stopped in my 100% stock Saleen. Sheriff was cool. I think he just wanted to check out the car. Someone needs to make a 50 state shorty to get rid of the factory kinks. I expect you to be close to 500 wheel and maybe .1 in the quarter. Got my shifter hoodie for the Saleen! You all got that to me quick. Thanks!

Do headers require an adjustment to the tune? In the old days I would need to change the timing when I reduce back pressure in the exhaust. I think Ford isn't allowing any Tune adjustments yet (except maybe the Ford official supercharger). I'm in central NJ, maybe someday I will come hear you preach the Word.

Will my 2017 Stang GT run right without a new computer tune using new headers? Currently I have a Roush Level 2 Power Pak which has their; cold air intake, axle back exhaust, and computer tune.

I would put it on a dyno. It wouldn't hurt, and if something was going on, you would catch it and have the actual numbers that are going to the rear wheel.

Are you going to do a cam swap down the line. Showing a normally aspirated build as apposed to a force feed induction build would be real cool. Smoke Demology with that .....

In most of the cases the sound makes you feel faster. Without a tune +30hp is very difficult. Go to dyno to reveal it.

We were just lucky they didn’t go EVon the mustangs… let’s not push their buttons😂 reason is one in the same with the ev, less restrictions on exhaust makes the EPA cranky

Take off the cats and get rid of the H pipe replace with a x pipe from kooks and you will pick up another 14 hp that’s what I did

OK I remember when you first got black mamba and one of the things you said don’t worry about doing is putting on headers; it’s not worth the money for the cost of the headers and installation for the horsepower gain. That Ford puts on amazing headers from the factory. No reason to change them. Why have you changed your stance on this?
