    I have the 1993 5.8l ford van Explorer model. Around the 20-21:51 minute time on your video, you removed that vacuum line from the nipple on the throttle body. WERE DOES THAT LINE GO TO N FROM. ON MY VAN IT WAS OPEN (NO) HOSE I DON'T KNOW IF WHEN I HAD THE THROTTLE BODY SENSOR N AIR IDLE SENSOR DONE, THEY LEFT IT OFF SO I CAPPED IT OFF.

    As long as it’s capped, it’s fine. I seen people do that before.

    I also have a 93 E150 Club Wagon Van 5.8L. I've been having iddle issues and irregular idling were even after is warm,the idle stays high. I have it at mechanics and got egr valve code and something about not getting hot enough for her valve to open. I have a 160° thermostat on it and a 3 core all aluminium radiator so it runs cold. I saw a video were the guy was having simular issues and change out a cat converter and 02 sensor that went bad and fixed the issue. What do you think..?

    I would start with EGR valve since it’s throwing a EGR code. Then drive it and see if it throws anymore codes. I’ve had a couple of older ford trucks with the 351w and for some reason I had to replace EGR valves and TPS on them every couple of years. But I would most definitely start with the EGR valve since its throwing a code. Let me know what you find. Thanks

    I had same issue back couple years ago on a 5.8 in a f350. I replaced the TPS and fixed the problem. But, also . I had one before I put a TPS sensor on and it ended being the temp sensor. I know this isn’t much to go on, but it’s what I ran into before.

    Would you happen to know were the Canister & the Purge Solenoids (Valve) is located on the 93 E150 5.8l club wagon van (Explorer)model.

    The canister on mine is on the inside of the chassis, driver side about midway. I would think the E150 would be the same.

    At 21:51-52, you removed a vacuum line from the vacuum nipple in between were the THROTTLE body hoses go. At 32:20 you added and extended it and put it back. What is that vacuum line to because when i had my tps, AND air idle control valve replaced, that was left open and I did not know what it was a plugged it because I was having idle issues. Did not correct it.
