Thank you very much! I surely appreciate it.
My dad bought one new in 1979 it was the dark metallic blue with the silver and red wave paint job it had the 425 cat, 13 speed, 410 gears, big bunk, he had the motor tweaked by an old mechanic that worked for cat, he said that thing would walk the dog, I was 8 years old and I knew then what I was gonna do when I grew up, that is a nice one man, thanks for sharing

Thanks for your story man! My best friends dad owned two cattle rigs and the first time I backed one in to the washout on Sunday evening I knew I was hooked. Just took me a lot longer to get where I wanted to be lol

The air ride cab makes for a good ride even though when you take a sharp turn and it feels like it's about to dump you out of the seat lol
Exceptionally cool.

Thank you!
Two-story Falcon!
I owned one that I bought new in 1980. Sold it in 1987 with about 800,000 miles on her. I did not have the air ride cab, but it sat on a 204" wheelbase and Neway air ride, so it still rode descent. Don't have the space here to tell ya everything that was wrong with it, but there was plenty.
im looking for one of these trucks to buy nice ride there man

If you have Facebook check out the group "Ford CL-9000" there's usually a few a year that'll pop up for sale on there. I lucked up and found this one an hour from my home in Mississippi. It was a California truck originally that spend the last few years of its life hauling grain up in Montana
La cabine à l'intérieur et plus spacieuse que les autres cabover

@@cdl9239 The air ride cab leveled itself on turns, so the driver didn't feel the truck leaning and over they went.
