Super cool Pete! I just got in from my shop where I was working on my 1973 F350! Have owned it 25 years and as you say, its not going anywhere! Good luck, that's a terrific motor. Be fun to watch the progress on the rebuild.

Thanks Nelson! Thinking back to all the engines I rebuilt in the 70s, 80s and 90s, I've never done a 300 before. They almost always outlast the truck they're in.

Ha! Not lately, although the 352 I ran in it for a few years was strong.

Hi Don! This engine was out of an old 1986 farm truck that might not have had the best maintenance. And it's almost 40 years old. Thanks!
