There is going to be someone on every video you watch that pics it apart. Ahhhhhhh Dayum!!! The Road Runner wasted that Super Bee!

They were rated at 390hp but far north of 425 is more accurate along with the 69 1/2 RoadRunners. Love them both.

Well...not really...most of those old cars you could knock a whole second off just by tweaking the carb and opening the air cleaner and adding slicks. The biggest ET killer back then was lack of traction.

I used to have one myself...baddest ass car I ever owned.

Ronnie Sox ran a " Tweaked " 69 1/2 Road Runner back in the day to a 12.90 pass ... If your car can run a 11.90 there's NO way its " PURE STOCK " !!

I am amazed to see people post comments claiming to know everything, or to bash people and call people liars. So the car didn't run an 11.xx on this pass. The information included didn't say the car ran this time during this video. It merely gave some info about the car. So in response to those commenting about the pass not being 11.xx seconds, try to read the descriptive information closer. This will keep you from representing yourself as an imbecile. (Look it up)

@casepker the car has run 11.9s.......the video is on this site. the car spun the tires in on this run and he did not make a full pass. We are happy to have the video we get, so we post it win, lose, or missed shift.

That run was about 14 to 15 seconds. start about 1:11, finish about 1:26.

You are exactly correct....Good call.............Still a Mopar is a bad ass car whether its a 10 sec car 9 sec car or even a 14 second car.....Mopar or No car..............

@mqqn01 the time listed is the best time for the car for the weekend of racing... not necessarily the time on that pass.

Wow... a '69 Super Bee and a '70 Road Runner, and I'm just seeing it now. I know KZread algorithms can really throw a curveball once in a while, but I think I just watched a 50 year old KZread video.

Nice ride along. I notice that the claim for the ride-in car is 11.99, yet the car in the far lane, which won by buslengths, ran a 12.44. ? thanks for the cool vid - mqqn

That particular run was not the 11.90s. The car and driver ran those times over the course of the weekend event.

An A12 should run 12s, low 13s at least. I run high 13s low 14s in my 383 4 speed 69 super bee.

The car is very highly blueprinted and stock. Raced on redline bias ply tires.
