I love your focused camera style and honest reviews. It is the little things that matter and I am glad you mentioned them all at the end in your overall review.

Low end LED lighting may have been the culprit on the banding issue. Might be able to shake it with a change in shutter speed. Not sure what can done in post. Pretty reasonably priced food, but compared to most of the places you have featured on the channel, it was kind of a dud. Thanks for still getting the video knocked out, although I imagine these are harder to produce compared to the places that score higher. 🤔

for those of you who have not dined in michelin starred chinese restaurants, it's really not worth it. i'm not saying it's bad food, but it's just terrible value. if you come to hk, eat roast goose. go to beijing to eat roast duck. as for the other stuff they serve here, you can get in any chiu chow or banquet restaurant. and they probably have a lot of dried seafood dishes. definitely stay away from this stuff. you can make this yourself or ask any chinese mom.. so when in hk, go to dai pai dongs, the many seafood streets, and roast goose shop, just don't bother with michelin starred chinese food.

For those who're not interested in the ambience, service, and presentation, then high end chinese restaurants are probably not for you; however, for those we do care, it's worth giving it a try

Thanks for sharing. Peking Duck is traditionally cooked three ways and the meat won’t be moist because it’s fried after being roasted. Disappointing about the lotus leaf and clay pot. Eye watering prices and mediocre service is the norm.😅
