I've owned that Vertigo quad torch "Intimidator" lighter for EIGHT years and it still lights every time! It's bigger and heavier than most lighters, so it's not very comfortable to carry in a pants pocket. I use it as a lighter to keep on a table mostly, but I throw it in a backpack pocket quite often, too. It's very durable and reliable using premium Neon 11x or Xikar Purofine butane along with purging the tank from time to time (a simple process of holding the lighter upright and holding what is usually the fill valve with a pointed object until all of the pressure is released from the tank, I use a precision Phillips screwdriver. This process has also brought many butane lighters back to life if they quit working. That's why I just do it about every 4th or 5th refill with all my butane refillable torch lighters now.

Fun fact I found a really strong lighter once and I lit a box I got a small fire and then I put a happy meal box on the fire it got twice as big and when I asked my mom for hand sanitizer poured it on the flames and it reached 7 feet in hight

I smoked Cigars when I was 18. After watching my Grandma die of the cancer, I quit. Never again. That's a cool lighter though. Being Jewish, the cigar snip is not something I liked to see, but the overall design otherwise is kind of cool. The torch lighter is great for melting cheese on a ground beef sandwich !
