Warm up before the shadow boxing.
During next 18 min. using: Punches, kicks, elbows, knees - Freestyle!
Working on different floors: Legs, Body, Head!
Trying to change the direction after each combination, not staying at the same place!
Why on the sand, as it's the way harder, compare to the hard surface.
After few min.of work, you will feel your legs, which will tired.
